| The common national and provincial roads connect expressways,rural roads,urban nodes,and township communities,and play a dominant role in the highway network.At present,the traffic businesses on national and provincial road network are extensive,and there are in general four business requirements of operation monitoring,coordinated dispatching,event disposal,and travel service.The traffic operational performance evaluation index is one of the core functions of the operation monitoring business of road network.At the same time,there are many traffic data resources on the national and provincial road network,and a large number of traffic data have been collected by monitoring equipment such as traffic survey stations and vehicle inspectors,accumulating rich data resources.However,there is a lack of adequate connection between traffic businesses and data resources.It is difficult to find the corresponding data resources for a certain business on the road network,and in the face of numerous data resources,it is hard for us to know how to apply them to specific business.Therefore,in order to strengthen the connection between traffic businesses and data resources,this thesis puts forward analysis on the findability of traffic operational performance evaluation index of national and provincial road network.The main research contents of this paper include the following aspects:Firstly,domestic and international literatures related to findability,data source,data quality control,data fusion and traffic operational performance evaluation index are summarized,and the advantages and disadvantages of existing research are concluded.Based on the research status of findability,the concepts of traffic data resource findability and index findability,the analysis methods on the findability of entity provenance and data provenance are proposed.Based on the research status of data source,the common data sources and the data items provided by the current road network are clarified,but the analysis of their application scenarios is lacking.The various data quality control and data fusion methods are compared and the advantages and disadvantages of each method are summarized,finding that their application scenarios are still lacking.The existing indexes can be used as the design basis of the traffic operational performance evaluation index system,but the evaluation needs are not clearly defined,and the data needed during the index calculation is not considered.Although current research has some shortcomings,it provides theoretical support for index findability analysis.Secondly,through metadata analysis method,a traffic data resource findability framework is proposed,and the index findability analysis is carried out on the basis of the framework.Metadata analysis method uses metadata to describe traffic businesses and data resources,locating the required data,locate data,so as to realize the connection between traffic businesses and data resources,and finally realize the findability of traffic data resources.The traffic data resource findability framework includes physical layer,service layer,metadata layer and tool layer.On the basis of the framework,a set of systematic,practical,prospective performance evaluation indexes is designed first.Metadata analysis was carried out on indexes,and index database is established.Then,data resources database is established,and the data quality control and fusion of different scenarios are analyzed.Thereafter,the index findability integration meta-database is established through entity provenance and data provenance.Finally,it is pointed out that achieving findability of performance evaluation index also requires the development of a findability tool to demonstrate the feasibility and validity of analysis on findability.Finally,a tool of findability is developed and applied to the indexes.The findability tool can process data,retrieve service and data resource.This tool is used to display the index business,data resources on the road and the relationship between them on Xuzhou common national and provincial road network.The development and application of findability tool improve the feasibility of analysis on the findability of traffic operational performance evaluation index.In summary,aiming at the problem that the connection between traffic businesses and data resources is not close enough on national and provincial road network,this thesis builds a traffic data resource findability framework based on metadata analysis method,and the index findability analysis is carried out on the basis of the framework.Through entity provenance and data provenance,the index findability integration meta-database is established,the association between index and data resources is realized,and the general research method of traffic data resource findability is clarified,which has important practical significance. |
