Integrated equivalent is a kind of automatic test equipment,which is mainly used to simulate aircraft test equipment,but also can realize the function and simulation of aircraft interface.Before the aircraft performs the task,the indicators of the ground control equipment are tested and verified by the comprehensive equivalent,and then the test results are analyzed.After the test results are correct,the aircraft and the ground equipment are matched to perform the flight task.In this way,the aircraft can be directly damaged due to the operation problems of the ground equipment,and the testability,safety and reliability of the aircraft can be improved.This design introduces the hardware circuit and software logic of the integrated equivalent.According to different interface types,comprehensive equivalents are divided into switching card,RS422 card,LVDS card,analog card and 1553 B card.This paper describes the design of PCI bus module and power module.In the part of switching quantity card,the design of hardware circuit for output and acquisition of switching quantity signal and the design of timing logic of FPGA are introduced.Analog card introduces analog signal output,AD acquisition hardware circuit and FPGA sequential logic design.The hardware board adopts ADM2682 E as the main control chip,and introduces the sequential logic of RS422 serial communication.LVDS card introduces the hardware circuit of remote signal transmission and image data transmission as well as 8B/10 B coding and optimization CRC feedback error correction mechanism.According to the test results,the 422 communication rate can meet the designed requirements of 115.2kbps,the stability and reliability of data transmission can meet the expected requirements,and the analog card can realize high-precision acquisition and output of 0~28V analog voltage.Moreover,the error of each channel is controlled within 0.6%,and LVDS signal is at a distance.
