| Air vehicles performances an important element among the military weapons, which means an advanced air vehicle technology weights a lot especially in military exchange. Measurement system in air vehicles obtains real-time, reliable, and accurate flying and environment condition parameters to ensure a safe accurate information transfer. The external system equivalent test equipment can simulate the interface signal and control command of the test system in the laboratory environment, and realize the closed-loop test of the flight system, which plays an important role in the test phase of the aircraft.According to the testing system research status and development trend at home and abroad, this paper proposed the design scheme of the system basing on the “equivalent test equipment for an external system†program, with the purpose of improving generality, scalability, reliability principle, taking use of standardized, modular design and combined with the laboratory for many years experience in the development. Boards are functionally divided into the main board and functional boards while the cabinet is divided into first and second class. With the combination design of computer host and first class functional cabinet, this whole design achieved a portable integration and volume reduction. On the desired signal for the measurement system, the device is capable of the 108 road adjustable analog voltage signal, 4 road frequency adjustable torque motor signal, 3 AC sine signal, 10 road instruction signal and 13 road digital signals(RS422) output.In this paper, the overall scheme of the system, hardware circuit design, control logic timing and communication protocol design are described in detail. Each function is subdivided into different modules. Detailed hardware circuit design, software design of each function module and the subsequent test results are introduced. Through long-term experiment, the signal output of the equipment is stable, accurate, high reliability, and has broad application prospects. |
