With the acceleration of power market reform process,a large number of power sales enterprises emerge in our country’s power market.The current power market has gradually broken the traditional monopoly mode,and the traditional situation of power market has changed,that is,power supply enterprises based on power customers to provide power supply services.On the one hand,we have to deal with the competition brought by other energy service providers,on the other hand,we have to face the market competition brought by various power distribution enterprises.This has brought great changes to the traditional power supply service work of power supply companies,the traditional marketing strategy has been more and more difficult to adapt to the new environment,the new situation,the new policy of the market environment.Therefore,in-depth analysis of the current situation,combined with the strategic direction of the development of State Grid Corporation,to find out the shortcomings of the current traditional marketing service model,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for it,it is an important way for the development of electric power enterprises in the future.The research object of this thesis is HD Power Supply Company,the full thesis is based on the development of HD Power Supply Company,fully studying the problems in the development of the company,such as the poor initiative in setting electricity price,the business hall resources to be further invigorated,the marketing method to be further optimized,the working efficiency to be further improved,the subjective consciousness to be further transformed,etc.,and the use of literature research,research methods and other ways of investigation and research,through SWOT analysis of the internal and external environment of HD Power Supply Company do a detailed analysis,in-depth exploration of the company's current development process in the face of severe form,from multiple angles to analyze the company's marketing services in the existing problems,using the 4P theory,integration of all parties information content,from the product,the channel,the promotion,the price four aspects formulation Marketing Service Strategy,at the same time,it puts forward three measures to enhance the construction of marketing team,optimize management mechanism and establish automatic evaluation model,so as to improve the level of customer service and promote the upgrading of marketing service.
