Water film pressure is one of the important parameters reflecting the lubrication status information of water-lubricated bearings,and its in-depth study can obtain important characteristics of the bearings.However,the existence of a water film area confined,combined with the structural diversity of lubricated bearings,the complexity of operating conditions,the specificity of the application environment and the limitations of existing monitoring methods,the characteristics parameters obtained are difficult to reflect the real situation.Therefore,this topic proposes a thin film pressure sensor embedded in a water-lubricated bearing and investigates the bearing self-awareness technology.By embedding a thin film pressure sensor through a slot in the surface of the shaft shank,it is effectively integrated with the bearing and combined with wireless monitoring technology,thus making the bearing self-aware and providing a new idea for online monitoring of water film pressure.This thesis takes ten-groove water-lubricated bearings as the research object.The micro-sensor module involved in the embedded water-lubricated bearing,the lubrication characteristics of the water-lubricated bearing after grooving,and the self-aware wireless monitoring system are investigated.The research content is as follows:(1)A thin film pressure sensor was selected as the water-lubricated bearing information sensing unit in the embedded water-lubricated bearing study.And for the small size of the membrane pressure sensor is not easy to calibrate the problem,proposed calibration methods and completed the calibration of the sensor.The selected sensor can complete the actual working conditions of the water film pressure test.(2)The design of grooving size in water-lubricated bearing for thin film pressure sensor is basis to realize the embedded monitoring.So,in this thesis,the lubrication characteristics of water-lubricated bearing after grooving and the influence of grooving parameters on deformation of bearing bush were analyzed by ANSYS software.The final length,width and depth of the slotting was determined to be 26mm*8mm*2mm.In addition,the influence of different water supply pressures and shaft speeds on the lubrication characteristics of waterlubricated bearings was studied,laying the foundation for the development of embedded waterlubricated bearings.(3)Development of an embedded water-lubricated bearing self-aware wireless monitoring system.At the same time,to avoid complicated cable connections,an integrated ring circuit board suitable for rotating conditions was designed and fabricated,and a self-aware wireless monitoring system was applied to carry out a water film pressure test.Water film pressure data were obtained for different operating conditions and compared with simulations to verify the feasibility of the method.
