First of all, as the restrict of water lubricated dynamic seal bearing's size, examination system choose the lip seal as the dynamic seal test sample, the compression system need 32MPa, the checking parameter is leakage rate, pressure, temperature, rotate speed, it can realize the check and control of examination system by computer in time.Secondly, in the design of examination system, the difficulty of it is how to measure the leakage rate of water lubricated dynamic seal bearing's lip seal exactly. We referred to the result of theory research abroad, through the analysis of lip seal and the complication of lip seal's leakage, and through the investigate and compare in lip seal leakage rate, we calculate the work principle of flow control pump and use it to calculate exactly. We make the flow control pump in the design of hydraulic pressure system, then realize the computer automatic dynamic check to lip seal's minuteness leakage. At the same time, the thesis design all hydraulic pressure system loop and checking computation the pressure losing in pipeline system, the changing temperature of hydraulic pressure system. On the other hand, we calculated the carrying capacity of examination system pressure storehouse, and install orientation the proper design.
