Pipe insulation structure is an essential component of the power generation equipment in a nuclear power plant,which can reduce energy loss,improve economic benefits,and protect the safety of workers.Therefore,it is extremely important to timely and accurately develop adjustment measures scheme and renovate for insulation structures of pipelines that fail to meet the required performance standards.The business of formulating adjustment measures for pipe insulation structures mainly includes two parts: pipeline insulation performance evaluation and optimization decision-making.The former determines whether the insulation structure of the pipeline needs renovated,while the latter provides reasonable adjustment measures scheme for the pipelines that require renovation.Through actual research,it has been found that the current adjustment measures for pipe insulation structures in nuclear power plants are based on the surface temperature method to evaluate the performance of insulation structures.For pipes that do not meet the required insulation standards,experts select one or two types of insulation materials and calculate the adjustment scheme through a program.While this method can develop adjustment measures scheme for pipe insulation structures,it may lead to inaccurate calculation results for some pipelines due to the multi-dimensional use of nuclear energy,and measurement complexity.In addition,with the application of a large number of new insulation materials and they could be used in every layer,the combination of optimal problem with limited solutions has become an NP problem,making it challenging to solve a reasonable adjustment measures scheme.In order to solve the above problems,a method of formulating adjustment measures based on evolutionary algorithms has been proposed after a thorough understanding of the methods for formulating adjustment measures for pipeline insulation structures both domestically and abroad.This method provides strong support for the formulation of adjustment measures scheme for pipeline insulation structures in nuclear power plants.Firstly,the current situation of pipeline insulation structure formulation adjustment measures is thoroughly investigated,and the actual process and difficulties involved in formulating adjustment measures are analyzed.A data model and overall framework for pipeline insulation structure adjustment measures development are designed,and components and feasibility of overall framework are analyzed.Secondly,the knowledge for select the evaluation method of pipeline insulation structure is analyzed,and a knowledge base is constructed.A forward inference engine based on rules and instance reasoning is designed to automatically select the pipeline insulation structure performance evaluation method and obtain evaluation results.Thirdly,for the insulation performance of the unqualified pipeline insulation structure,a mathematical model is constructed based on the economic thickness method according to the pipeline properties,the maximum number of layers that can be laid,and the insulation material set.Then,multiple evolutionary algorithms were selected based on their characteristics and compared through experiments.The binary beluga whale optimization algorithm is selected as the basic algorithm and improved.Based on the analysis about scenarios of the improved algorithms,a pipeline insulation structure optimization decision-making method is designed by improved beluga whale optimization algorithms.Finally,a pipeline insulation structure optimization and adjustment decision-making system is designed and implemented to achieve the intelligence of pipeline insulation structure performance evaluation and optimization decision-making businesses.The application results show that the pipeline insulation structure optimization and adjustment decision-making system can meet the working requirements of power plants in formulating insulation structure adjustment measures.The system can automatically select a reasonable evaluation method to calculate the evaluation results for insulation structure performance evaluation business.For insulation structures of pipelines that fail to meet the required standards,reasonable adjustment measures can be formulated.It improves the overall businesses intelligence,and has strong practical application value.
