Reducer is mainly used for matching the speed and torque transmission between the original motivation and the working machine or the actuator.It is a relatively precise machine,the purpose of which is to reduce speed and increase torque.Since 1960 s,China has made standardization of a series reducer,which has seen the wide application in various fields of national economy and national defense industry.With the continuous development of manufacturing industry,and the emergence of such concepts as industrial 4.0 and Made in China 2025,the majority of the production of current planetary reducer have achieved specialization,standardization and serialization.In the standard series of planetary reducers,the main dimensions,parameters and applicable conditions are provided,from which users can make choices according to the working conditions and parameters.Most of the cases do not need proprietary designs,thus greatly reducing the manufacturing cycle and cost,and improving the reliability and stability of the products.But increasing varieties of the series and types of the reducers also has brought some trouble and inconvenience for user selection.This thesis focuses on the development and research of the planetary reducer selection system targeting as such issues as users and sales personnel and other non-professionals having difficulties in the planetary reducer selection,the calculation of the huge amount of data,the complexity in selection and checking and reducer design experts having problems to modify the calculation formula and conduct maintenance.This thesis mainly completes the following works:(1)Analyzed the reducer industry's development in recent years and problems needed to be improved at present.Put forward the research background and significance of the subject.Pointed out the research direction and the specific content of the project by combining the development trend and research status quo of the reducer selection system and expert system,(2)Determined the characteristics parameters and the demand parameters of the planetary reducer.Discussed the difference in various series of speed reducer in application and performance.Studied the key technology of expert selection and analyze the functional requirements and process of the expert selection system for planetary reducer by integrating the relevant theory of expert system.The selection process was divided into two steps: preliminary selection and fuzzy selection.Built the model constructed from the three aspects of knowledge base,inference engine and database,and designed expert selection module for planetary reducer.(3)Studied the "Motor-reducer-load" transmission security verification process,selected the parameters required for each part and deduct the calculation formula of the security check process.Described the model of the transmission system security check module before designing the background database and calculation module,and designed the security check module of the drive system,realizing the security check of the drive system.(4)Designed the planetary reducer selection system,which is divided into four modules: system login,planetary reducer expert selection,transmission system security check,moment of inertia calculator,and analyzed the function of each module in detail,then,tested and studied the implementation process of the planetary reducer selection system based on real scenarios.
