Model predictive control has the advantages of simple system structure,which can handle complex systems,and stable control performance.Therefore,a large number of applications have been used in actual production and life.This article uses permanent magnet synchronous motor as a control object to conduct a model prediction control strategy,and proposes a multi-scalar model prediction control scheme that optimizes the permanent magnet synchronous motor that optimizes the duty-occupying ratio.The main research content is as follows:By exploring the research purposes,significance and development status of the predictive control of the permanent magnet synchronous motor model,combined with the analysis and discussion of the principles and structures of the permanent magnet synchronous motor in conjunction with the domestic and foreign references,described the basic structure of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and different in it differently Drive conversion of the mathematical model under the coordinate system.Introduce the principles of model prediction control,build permanent magnet synchronous motor model predictive control models,perform mathematical descriptions,analyze the model predictive control schemes to achieve the effectiveness of torque and magnetic chain control,and lay out the way for subsequent research and development.Secondly,in the model prediction control method of the duty-occupying ratio modulation,the minimum value function and its corresponding effective voltage vector need to be obtained within each control cycle to calculate the duty occupy ratio.Select a permanent magnet synchronous motor model predicting control that optimizes the duty-ratio modulation.The zero voltage vector is used to all the inverters voltage vector,and the vector synthesizes a new,closer to the goal,and the minimum value function is the best optimal optimal.Voltage vector.The entire coordinate plane is divided into four sectors.There are three voltage vectors in each sector to choose from,which can reduce the calculation time and reduce the calculation amount.By analyzing the rotor mechanical angle speed,electromagnetic torque,rotor magnetic chain,magnetized variables,and then directly predict the stator magnetic chain and stator current and torque of each voltage vector k +1 The error between the value,the predictive value corresponding to the minimum value of the selection error is performed to perform the prediction of the next moment,leading to the predictive control of the permanent magnet synchronous motor model that optimizes the duty-occupying ratio,the system response is faster and the stability is better.Finally,by using Matlab/Simulink software for modeling analysis,traditional model prediction control,duty-occupying modulation model prediction control,optimizing the duty-occupied ratio modulation model prediction control,and optimizing the duty-ratio modulation prediction control in the software inside the software The simulation model of the species control method uses a comparative analysis of the simulation models of these four control methods,including the steady-state model and dynamic model to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of these methods to improve the performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor control performance.
