Research On The Development Path Of Whole Process Engineering Consulting Service From The Perspective Of Enterprise

In recent years,under the government’s policy incentives and correct guidance,the engineering consulting industry has gradually developed in the direction of improving quality and intelligent management,and has been internationally integrated in the application of advanced technology and management mode.In order to cope with the development situation of the new era,more and more enterprises strive to seek breakthroughs in improving investment efficiency,accelerating transformation and upgrading,and optimizing management models.It is urgent for the whole process engineering consulting to provide intellectual services including project decision-making,technical and management consulting,and partial or overall solutions,so as to enhance the comprehensive strength and core competitiveness of enterprises.At present,the application of the whole process engineering consulting service is still in the stage of exploration and development,and the current research focuses on the path proposal,implementation method and case study,lacking systematic and applicationoriented path mechanism research.Therefore,this study focuses on how to optimize the development path of the whole process engineering consulting business,and seeks the optimal path for enterprises to carry out the whole process engineering consulting business with the help of Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory method and system dynamics method.Based on this,the main contents of this study are as follows:(1)Based on the perspective of enterprises,the development obstacles and countermeasures of the whole process engineering consulting business are analyzed.The business development path model is constructed from the two levels of business and management,and the mechanism analysis is carried out.The business level includes the breakthrough of business technology,the reengineering of service process and the transformation of service mode.The management level includes the reorganization of organizational structure,the upgrading of personnel structure and the reform of management and control system.(2)the relevant influencing factors are identified through literature research,expert interviews and comprehensive analysis.At the same time,based on the DEMATEL method,13 influencing factors such as the coverage of the revised business field and the management quality of information technology are analyzed.Through the centrality analysis,it is concluded that the key elements of the 13 influencing factors are mainly reflected in the development status dimension,business technology dimension and service process dimension.Through the cause analysis,it is concluded that the development status dimension is the main foothold for enterprises to carry out the whole process engineering consulting business.(3)The causal loop diagram and stock flow diagram model are established from four aspects of business technology,service quality,management system and development status by using system dynamics.Combined with the development data of supervision industry,parameter assignment,equation setting and structural,historical and mental model test are carried out.The development path of the whole process engineering consulting business in the next 15 years is predicted by simulation.(4)Based on the sensitivity and scenario decision-making method,the sensitivity of 9influencing factors and 26 scenarios of simulation operation are analyzed.The following suggestions are put forward for the whole process engineering consulting business of three large,medium and small scale enterprises : for small scale enterprises,it is recommended to expand the coverage of business areas;for medium-sized enterprises,it is suggested to improve their interaction ability and optimize business process design according to their actual situation on the basis of expanding the coverage of business areas.For large-scale enterprises,it is suggested to standardize and improve the service mode and optimize the professional structure on the basis of expanding the coverage of business areas,improving their interaction ability and optimizing business process design.Through the mechanism research and simulation of the development path of the whole process engineering consulting business,this study provides a theoretical basis for the sustainable development and practical application of the whole process engineering consulting business,and provides targeted suggestions and measures for enterprises of different types and sizes to carry out the whole process engineering consulting business in the actual project construction process.
