With the rapid development of modern industry,water pollution is becoming more and more serious,and healthy drinking water has become the focus of our people.Water purification equipment has been widely used and developed.Whether the purified water quality is qualified,whether the water purification equipment works normally,or whether faults can be found in time,these problems not only affect the water production efficiency,but also affect the water quality in varying degrees.In view of the above problems,this thesis mainly studies,designs and implements the relevant technologies in the information management system of a regional water purification station in Tibet.On the basis of full investigation and research on the existing intelligent information management system,equipment fault diagnosis,vehicle path planning,data visualization and other aspects,this thesis first studies the equipment fault diagnosis in the system requirements;The commonly used dimension reduction algorithm for processing high-dimensional data and K-means clustering algorithm for equipment fault diagnosis are studied;An improved algorithm combining LLE and K-means clustering algorithm is proposed.The dimension of sample data is reduced to obtain a projection matrix.The projection matrix maps the data to be detected into a low dimensional space,and the K-means clustering algorithm is used for fault diagnosis detection,which maximizes the feature difference between various types of data and improves the accuracy of fault diagnosis detection.The simulation results show that the fault diagnosis accuracy of LLE and K-means clustering algorithm proposed in this thesis is higher than that of literature[61],fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm and fault tree analysis method.Secondly,the fault maintenance path planning is studied.On the basis of the ant colony algorithm research,a multi factor linkage improved ant colony algorithm is proposed,including human,machine,environment,management,etc.In this thesis,the technical proficiency and physical condition of drivers,wear condition of vehicles,road traffic condition,management environment and other influencing factors are integrated into the ant colony algorithm,and the state transfer and pheromone update rules are improved,with the goal of minimizing travel time and cost,The optimal path satisfying the constraint conditions is designed.The simulation results show that compare with the basic ant colony algorithm and particle swarm algorithm,the improved ant colony algorithm proposed in this thesis has faster convergence speed and effectively reduces the cost of driving path consumption.Finally,based on the research and analysis of system requirements,the system architecture,communication network,system overall and detailed design,database,etc.are designed.According to the distribution of water purification stations and the working conditions of water purification stations,ASP NET technology,My SQL database and Web GIS technology,using C # language design and implementation of Web GIS based water purification station intelligent information management system.It realizes the monitoring and management of the working state of the water purification station equipment,ensures that the water quality reaches the standard,and improves the water production efficiency.The intelligent information management system of water purification station based on Web GIS implemented in this thesis has achieved the effect of effective management and data visualization of water quality,electricity,water,equipment,user water and user information of the water purification station,as well as equipment fault diagnosis and fault maintenance path planning of the water purification station.
