| Customers’ individual needs have gradually resulted in more diversified products,which have gone from having a single variety and standardized specifications to having multiple varieties and specifications.This change raises the issue of how to automate storage requirements for materials with multiple specifications,as standardized and standardized automated storage systems are not appropriate for materials with multiple specifications.The modernization of small and medium-sized businesses is frequently limited by a lack of funding and the low level of automation of the original storage system,while the diversification of products is typically accompanied by issues like low flow of certain specifications and unstable demand.For this reason,this article suggests that a novel category of automated storage equipment can be developed based on flexible automation technology.For this reason,based on flexible automation technology,this paper proposes that a new type of automated storage equipment can be used to create an automated flexible storage system model and proposes a more economical solution to the automatic storage problem of multiple specifications and a small flow of enterprise materials.Automated storage equipment mainly includes storage equipment and transportation equipment,such as shelves,stackers,shuttles,etc.Starting with flexible automation technology,this paper seeks to meet the needs of multi-standard automated storage through the innovation of equipment and storage models.Based on the research on multi-standard shelves at home and abroad,this paper proposes that the high-rise three-dimensional shelves can be unitized,and various combinations of shelf units of different specifications can be used to form a combined multi-standard three-dimensional shelf.At the same time,combined with the idea of changing tools in the machining center,it is proposed to design the common single-size stacker as a replaceable fork-type stacker,i.e.,to break through its specification limit by changing forks of different sizes.Finally,based on these two types of equipment,a multi-specification automated flexible storage mode is proposed.This mode can realize the storage and retrieval of goods of various specifications by one stacker and meet the automatic storage requirements of multi-variety,multi-specification,and small flows of materials.By reducing the number of high-cost equipment,the investment cost of enterprises can be greatly reduced.On the one hand,this research can expand the application field of flexible automation technology;on the other hand,it can help small and medium-sized enterprises in my country upgrade their logistics technology and meet their modern transformation needs.This paper first conducts literature research on automated logistics warehousing equipment and flexible warehousing systems and summarizes the current problems in multi-standard automated warehousing.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current market demand for flexible storage systems and establishes the necessity of research.Furthermore,based on flexible automation technology and flexible storage theory,this paper proposes a solution to the automatic storage problem of multiple varieties,multiple specifications,and small flow;that is,a new type of storage rack is proposed through the combination of a replaceable fork-type stacker and a multi-specification shelf.Automated flexible storage system model,and then realize the automatic storage and retrieval of multi-specification goods.This paper discusses the equipment composition and efficiency calculation model of the system in detail.In order to verify the feasibility of its method,this paper analyzes the application case of a household appliance enterprise and simulates it to prove it.The simulation results show that the flexible storage system model proposed in this paper is feasible and reliable,and compared with other types of storage systems,it is found that it has cost advantages compared with standardized systems and efficiency advantages compared with hybrid storage systems.This paper puts forward a practical solution to the automatic storage problem of multiple varieties,multiple specifications,and a small flow of products and expands a new automatic flexible storage model for research in the field of automatic storage. |
