Research On Contract Risk Management Problem And Optimization Of S Elevator Company

In recent decades,along with the rapid growth of the global economy and the market demand that cannot be ignored,the issue of contractual risk in the business activities of domestic and foreign enterprises has attracted increasing attention.Contract risk is a method of identifying,evaluating,preventing and controlling various contingencies that may occur,which not only ensures its own production and operation in line with international,domestic and industry requirements,but also improves its own competitiveness;on the other hand,it is to enable the enterprise to play a role in safeguarding its own rights and interests during the whole life cycle of contract signing,performance and tracking,and to improve its own economic benefits.In China,with the rapid development of the elevator market scale,the market competition in the industry has become more and more fierce.Facing the pressure of market demand,S Elevator Company is also facing great challenges in contract risk management.To address the issue of contract risk management,this paper takes S Elevator Company as an example and analyzes the current situation of S Elevator Company’s development and its contract risk management from the analysis of the company’s own situation,using the theoretical framework of contract risk management and contract management based on the theoretical research results of domestic and foreign experts and scholars.This paper collects the behavioral data of relevant personnel within a first-hand company through questionnaires and face-to-face interviews,analyzes the problems of contract risk management using relevant theories such as process optimization,proposes the problems of S Elevator Company in contract management process and contract risk management,and with the system and system applicable to the contract risk management process,designs a set of optimization and improvement plan for contract risk management in S Elevator Company is designed.From the perspective of the implementation effect,the optimization and improvement plan designed in this paper breaks through the mode of many companies to study contract risk management from the perspective of making up and optimizing contract risks after they occur.The new system and process that is suitable for the development needs of the company at this stage,so that the research in this paper can obtain solutions from a realistic point of view,combined with the characteristics of the industry,so as to form a certain reference significance for other domestic manufacturing enterprises and enterprises in other industries in contract risk management.
