There are many component faults in aircraft power supply system,and the impact of component faults on the system is staggered and complex,resulting in different power supply states and difficult to maintain.Therefore,it is of great significance to study and simulate power supply system faults.In view of the above problems,this thesis takes the AC channel of A320 aircraft power supply system as the research object,establishes the component function model based on directed graph theory and fault tree theory and the AC channel power supply state transfer model based on finite state machine method from the perspective of system fault principle,and establishes the simulation model on MATLAB / Simulink platform to simulate the AC channel power supply state of power supply system,The maintenance process is realized through the simulation of A320 virtual maintenance training system,which provides a new idea for the modeling and Simulation of aircraft power supply system.The specific work is as follows:Firstly,based on the directed graph and fault tree theory,the component function model of AC path in power supply system is established,and the causes of component fault and different power supply states and different power supply modes of load after fault are studied.On the basis of analyzing the function,input and output of each element,according to the fault task of TSM manual and combined with the directed graph theory,the node is used to represent the fault point,and the directed arc connecting two nodes is used to represent the line between the fault points.The fault cause and fault influence of each node are deeply studied,and the element directed graph functional model is established according to the flow direction of electrical signal and control logic relationship between each node and directed arc,Then,combined with the fault tree theory,the different power supply modes of AC load after component failure are studied,which lays a foundation for the establishment of power supply state transition model and the construction of functional simulation module in the simulation model.Secondly,based on the finite state machine method,the power supply state transfer model of AC channel in power system is established,and the transfer relationship between different power supply states of AC channel after component failure is studied.Based on the analysis of various power supply states in the path,combined with the finite state machine method,this thesis studies the excitation events between States and the state transition function,lists the state transition table of the AC path of the power system,draws the state transition diagram,and analyzes the transition process,which provides a theoretical support for the modeling of power supply state transition after component failure in the simulation model.Finally,the AC path model of power system is simulated and realized.The Simulink implementation of the functional model builds the functional simulation module of each component and the AC channel simulation model of the power supply system.The power supply state transfer model realizes the transfer process of different power supply states of the channel through programming in Simulink.On this basis,the Simulink simulation model realizes the simulation of the power supply state transfer of the AC channel of the power supply system after component failure and analyzes the fault cause according to the component fault waveform,The maintenance process is simulated by A320 virtual maintenance training system to verify the effectiveness of the simulation model.
