| In recent years,the domestic aviation industry has flourished,airports around the country have been continuously built and expanded,the types of airport business have been constantly enriched,the passenger throughput and cargo throughput have been steadily increased year by year,the number of super large terminals has been increasing,the building structure is complex,the functions are cumbersome,and the fire safety situation is grim.An international airport in City C,as a national gateway and regional hub,has a significant international status and influence.In case of fire,it is easy to cause mass casualties and international impact.Fire safety risk assessment is an effective means to strengthen fire safety management,prevent and reduce fire accidents.This paper intends to take C airport as the research object to assess its fire safety risk and study the risk control countermeasures.First of all,the sampling units in the area of airport C were investigated and analyzed from the aspects of fire responsibility system,"four capabilities" construction,emergency plans and drills,personnel fire education and training,building fire prevention,safe evacuation,fire-fighting facilities and equipment,internal decoration,etc.,so as to obtain the fire safety situation of each "point" in the area of Jiangbei Airport.Secondly,investigate the fire safety management and coordination organization of airport C,regional development planning,infrastructure construction,fire prevention and control system,comprehensive rescue capacity,fire safety publicity,education and training,so as to obtain the fire safety status of all "lines" in Jiangbei Airport area.Thirdly,the qualitative methods of induction and deduction,summary and statist ics,and the quantitative methods of AHP and expert scoring are used to obtain the "face" fire safety situation in airport C.Finally,in view of the fire safety risks analyzed and judged,targeted control countermeasures such as optimizing organizational construction,actively implementing responsibilities,improving emergency response system,innovating educational concepts,and strengthening the application of science and technology are proposed to help further optimize the fire prevention and control system and reduce regional fire safety risks. |
