Evaluation Of Digital Transformation Capability Of Architectural Design Enterprises

With the rapid development of information technology,digital transformation ability of enterprises has become an important way to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Whether enterprises can successfully realize the transformation will be affected by many external and internal factors.At present,the research on enterprise digital transformation capability has made some achievements at home and abroad.However,due to the ever-changing environment,enterprises’ digital transformation capability has its own development stage and characteristics,so it cannot copy the current academic research results.The purpose of this paper is to build an evaluation system of digital transformation capability of architectural design enterprises according to the characteristics of digital transformation capability of architectural design enterprises,so as to analyze the shortcomings of digital transformation capability of architectural design enterprises.This paper mainly includes the following contents:(1)Construction of evaluation system for digital transformation capability of architectural design enterprises,including selection of evaluation index for transformation capability of architectural design enterprises,construction of evaluation index system for enterprise transformation capability and model design.(2)The evaluation of digital transformation capability of X Architectural Design Institute,and the significance of digital transformation of X Architectural Design Institute;The model is used to evaluate the transformation digital capability of X Architectural Design Institute.On this basis,the reasons for the insufficient digital transformation capability of X Architectural Design Institute are summarized,mainly in two aspects: organization and facility integration and technology application and management.Put forward X Architectural Design Institute digital transformation ability enhancement strategy,from the organizational and facility integration level and technology application and management level to formulate strategies.At the organizational and facility integration level,the countermeasures include the use of digital technology to change the old model and the establishment of corporate digital culture,changing the perception of leadership.The countermeasures at the level of technology application and management include emphasizing the introduction of digital talents and strengthening training;Strengthen the digital skills training of employees;Create a shared center,strengthen the degree of integration;Strengthen the risk assessment of digital management construction.
