In today’s booming society,people have higher and higher requirements for ship operation.On the one hand,they put forward higher requirements for the comfort of the ship,on the other hand,the requirements for the safety and reliability of the crew also increase.Therefore,in this context,the control and design of ship cabin noise has attracted the wide attention of designers and construction personnel.However,at present,the control and research on the noise of hovercraft are especially lacking.Due to the design characteristics of hovercraft,the vibration and noise of this type of ship are generally too large,which also has a great impact on the comfort and safety of passengers.Therefore,this study takes a 30-seat hovercraft being built in the factory during the internship as the research object,and conducts a numerical simulation study on the noise and control measures of its ship cabin,which can provide constructive suggestions for the subsequent construction of the project.First of all,in order to understand the sound pressure value of each cabin of the hovercraft,the ship cabin noise prediction methods are analyzed and compared,and the statistical energy method is determined to predict the noise of the whole ship of the hovercraft.Four noise sources are considered,the empirical formula is used to calculate and apply on the model of the hovercraft,and then the specific sound pressure curve of each cabin in the whole frequency band of the hovercraft is obtained.The results are analyzed,and the contribution of different noise sources is calculated,and the maximum noise source of hovercraft noise contribution is determined for the convenience of targeted analysis.Secondly,the propagation noise is reduced at the sound source.This paper mainly studies the aerodynamic noise of air propeller,and concretized the aerodynamic noise of air propeller by means of acoustic and vibration coupling,presenting the specific noise value and sound field distribution characteristics.Then the influence of different parameters on aerodynamic noise is analyzed to provide a basis for the optimization of air propeller.Improve the noise reduction efficiency of hovercraft.Finally,noise reduction design is carried out in the propagation process.In the simulation lab,eight different acoustic packages were designed and optimized,and the best acoustic packages were found and pasted on the plates with the greatest impact.The research results were applied to the hovercraft.In this way,it can achieve the purpose of noise reduction in various areas and provide reliable data and solutions for the noise reduction of real ships.
