| With the application of automation technology in various fields in China,the demand for automated production lines in various industries is getting higher and higher,and automatic production lines are gradually replacing traditional production modes.However,due to the high technical content of the automatic production line itself,if the traditional quality control method of the engineering project is followed,it will not be able to ensure the high-quality construction of the automatic production line,so it is necessary to formulate a quality control method that meets its characteristics according to the key points and difficulties of the automatic production line.This article is based on reviewing relevant literature and materials both domestically and internationally,discussing relevant engineering quality management and control theories,analyzing the factors that affect the quality of automated production line projects from different perspectives,analyzing the current status of quality control in automated production line projects,proposing common problems in quality control of such projects,and exploring the consequences of quality problems,And taking the automated assembly production line project of A company’s small excavator as a case study for empirical analysis,investigations and visits were conducted from different levels to comprehensively analyze the problems in quality control during the construction process of A project.A quality control evaluation index system for the automated production line was established,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to analyze the problems in quality control of A project.From personnel,methods,materials From the perspective of mechanical equipment and environment,propose reasonable countermeasures and improvement measures for quality control of Project A,and promote effective improvement in quality control of Project A.Based on the application of the theory combined with the case,this paper proposes various improvement measures for the quality control of project A,hoping to strengthen the quality control method of project A,optimize the project quality,and provide relevant references and references for other automated production line projects. |
