| In order to facilitate residents’ travel,a dedicated road right mechanism represented by bus lanes has been introduced into the transportation system to ensure the rapid passage of dedicated vehicles such as buses. However, because the dedicated road right compresses the limited road capacity,it may lead to road traffic congestion. With the development of vehicle-road collaboration technology,it is possible to dynamically publish the range of road right control through vehicle-road collaboration, realizing the change from static road right to flexible dynamic road right control. This paper addresses the issues of multi-source trajectory data fusion and flexible road right generation, proposing a multi-source trajectory fusion algorithm.By introducing time windows and similarity comparisons,a rapid fusion of multi-source trajectories is achieved.Considering the mutual influence between the scope of road right control and traffic conditions, the paper proposes a method for calculating traffic condition features and designs a method for calculating the range of flexible road rights based on this.Based on the algorithm, this paper implements a flexible road right management service system based on vehicle-road collaboration.First, the system conducts user demand analysis, proposes a refined definition of the range of flexible road rights for the road right control demand, and conducts a detailed analysis of functions such as the issuance, calculation, and control of flexible road rights.Subsequently, the design of the system is completed based on the demand analysis, each function module in the system architecture is implemented, and the implementation effect of the system is presented. Finally, the paper builds a testing environment, and tests and verifies the function points of various functions of the system. |
