With the development and progress of science and technology,the quality of people’s life is increasing,and car travel has become the first choice of transportation at present.Safety-assisted driving tools have become the focus of people’s attention.As a type of vehicle head-up display system,as a kind of auxiliary driving tool,the information required by the driver during the car of the car,such as the parameters such as speed,navigation,etc.Effectively improves the attention of drivers,which is more beneficial to improving driving safety.However,the size of the light machine of the projection source and the high-surface order of the display of the zoom in the magnification system is still a problem that needs to be improved at the moment.This article mainly carries out the design work of the car-on display system and the design of the display amplification system for the above problems.The specific research content is as follows:First of all,the lighting part of the projection display system is designed.Explore the influencing factors of the light spots in the standard inlet system,and discuss the impact of the structural parameters of the complicated array in the uniform light system on the uniformity of the surface of the face.The curvature radius and thickness parameters.The design ideas of the relay lens are given in the relay rotor system,and the calculation process of the structure parameters of the full reflection prism is discussed.Secondly,the imaging part of the projection display system is designed.Firstly,the initial structure of the system was determined through architecture analysis,and then discussed the ideas of the establishment of the system evaluation function and the effect of the structural parameters of the lens on the imaging quality during the optimization process.And tolerance analysis verify the rationality of the design.The size of the overall light machine is controlled within a small range,and the imaging quality is good.Finally,the head-up display amplification system was designed.By analysis,the folding light path structure of the combination of free curved surface and flat reflection mirrors,and exploring the influence of the optimization direction of the system and the impact of the high-level item of free curved surface on the system.The column diagram analyzed the optimization effect of the system,and then analyzed the image quality of the system through a grid distortion and image simulation,which proved that the system meets the requirements of intelligent auxiliary driving.
