Research On Financial Diagnosis Of Sungrow Company Based On Harvard Analysis Framework

Energy is not only closely related to the real life of the masses,but also profoundly affects the economic development of various countries.In the proportion of energy consumption,the proportion of traditional energy is too high.However,the traditional energy reserves are obviously insufficient and will inevitably be exhausted in the future.Solar energy is a new renewable energy,with environmental protection,no pollution,universal and inexhaustible advantages,reflecting infinite positive externalities,the development and utilization of solar energy resources become the focus of energy future research.At this time,the concept of ecological environmental protection has also profoundly affected the commercial development of solar energy resources.Thanks to the support of the national photovoltaic policy,the domestic photovoltaic industry has risen rapidly.From 2007 to now,China has always been the leader in photovoltaic production and the core of the global photovoltaic industry.In only ten years,China’s photovoltaic industry has grown from scratch to take shape and become a global leader.Photovoltaic industry has become one of the important high-tech industries in China and the global competition.Recently,the photovoltaic industry has already become a very emerging strategic industry concerned by the whole world.The domestic new energy industry has risen rapidly and become the first in the world.However,the domestic new energy technology level needs to be improved,and most new energy companies have encountered development obstacles.As can be seen from the overall literature of various countries,financial analysis is mainly discussed from the theoretical level,but there aren’t many researches which combine theory with reality.Case research are carried out mainly from some certain Angle,and the relevant conclusions are not comprehensive.In this paper,based on the above situation,in view of the financial research methods used by experts and summarized the theoretical knowledge,the Sungrow Power Company as an example,plans to use the Harvard analysis framework to explore the financial statements of the company,helping the relevant personnel to understand the status of the company’s development,enriching in the financial statements of the existing research theories provide certain help.In view of the financial situation of Sunshine Power Company and the problems encountered in the daily operation period,to find reasonable solutions for the financial statement users to master the development of the company and forecast the development of the enterprise to bring the information needed.This paper focuses on the specific application of the four dimensions of Harvard Analysis Framework in Sungrow company.Taking the financial statements from 2016 to 2020 of the selected company as the main research object,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the financial status of Sungrow company,makes a diagnosis,analyzes the practical problems encountered in daily management,explores the development direction in the next period,and speeds up the sustainable development of Sungrow company,to explore a reference path for the good development of photovoltaic industry.
