Bird strikes occur with increasing frequency during takeoffs and landings,as well as during low-altitude,fast periods.With the increasing number of bird strikes,the safety of pilots and aircraft has become a serious threat.So people are getting concerned about bird strikes.The main research direction is a variety of traditional components of bird impact aircraft(such as radomes,front and rear windshields and leading edges of wings,etc.)have become the main research issues in various countries.The initial anti-bird impact structure was analyzed and designed through various physical experiments in reality,which is the most efficient and most direct way to draw conclusions.However,this kind of physical experiment against bird strikes has many drawbacks,such as taking a lot of time and effort,and the experimental data is difficult to present.At the same time,the data of anti-bird collision structure experiment is too scattered,and it does not have effective guiding effect on the design of specific aircraft component structure.Therefore,with the development of computers and the development of various finite element theories and software,people began to gradually use finite element numerical simulation software and its methods to study the bird strike problem,giving priority to the optimization design of anti-bird strike structure,and finally further verification through the actual bird strike experiment method.In this paper,different parts of the bird impact aircraft are analyzed and the leading edge of the wing is determined as the main research target.At the same time,the theoretical basis of impact dynamics,contact and basic characteristics related to bird strikes are introduced.And the bird impact load of the leading edge of the wing is simulated and analyzed.The existing conventional wing leading edge model and typical anti-impact wing leading edge model were imported into ABAQUS,and the Soothed Particle Hydrodynamics(SPH)model was built for collision simulation with the corresponding wing leading edge structure.It is concluded that the anti-impact capability of typical leading edge structure is better than that of traditional leading edge structure.On this basis,two new anti-bird impact wing leading edge structures are designed by analyzing the disadvantages and advantages of different existing anti-bird impact wing leading edge structures,namely,straight plate support structure and wave plate support structure.Through the simulation analysis,it is found that the two new structures have great advantages in the impact resistance compared with the existing structures.The two new structures are compared and analyzed.The design idea of anti-collision wing leading edge structure is put forward to provide some guidance and reference for the subsequent design of related structures.
