During the flight of the aircraft, bird strike may occur to the aircraft. Bird strike problem will cause not only the damage to the structure of the aircraft, but also to the company. So the research of anti bird strike is an important part during aircraft design. To understand the process of bird strike and the parts where bird strike may occur can be very useful to decrease the risk of bird strike. At the beginning, the research mainly used the method of real test, but this kind of method will cost money and time. With the development of finite element method and the computer science, numerical simulation methods are widely used to simulate the bird strike impact on the structure of the aircraft structure. Then there are more simulation methods which are developed to simulate bird strike, like ALE(Arbitrary Lagrange Euler) method and SPH(Smooth Particle Hydrodynamic) method.I used the Lagrange and ALE(Arbitrary Lagrange Euler) two different methods for the numerical simulation, and analyze and compare the different result in different conditions,such as different speed, different strike position and different strike angle, etc. Also I modeled3 kinds of bird shape and concluded the general pattern of bird strike. Also I use the result of the simulation to propose an optimization plan to the structure of the aircraft. The research can provide guidance to the bird strike research in reality.
