In order to actively respond to the "double carbon" goal and the new policy of auxiliary services,it is necessary for two-way adjustable prosumers to participate in the auxiliary services.Prosumers can make full use of their own flexibility and tap their own potential,while reducing the regulation pressure of traditional units,but also bring benefits to themselves.Based on this background,this paper studies the transaction strategy of prosumers participating in auxiliary services,focusing on frequency modulation and black-start auxiliary services.There are various types of management units of prosumers.The article first introduces the concept and characteristics of prosumers and classifies management units,and establishes mathematical models for different types of units,which is convenient for subsequent research.The main prosumers participating in the frequency modulation auxiliary service market are the energy storage system.Since the spot electric energy market and the frequency modulation auxiliary service market are inseparable,this paper mainly studies the day-ahead bidding strategy and clearing method of the spot joint market of the energy storage system.On the basis of the unit model of energy storage characteristics,a bilevel model of independent energy storage system participating in the spot joint market is further established.The independent energy storage system,as the upper leader,aims to maximize its own income,and the dispatching and trading center,as the lower follower,aims to minimize the power purchase cost.They play a Stackelberg master-slave game.Then,the stationary point method was used to simplify the bilevel model into an equilibrium constrained mathematical programming problem which is easy to solve.Finally,the IEEE30 improved node system is designed to connect six sets of conventional generators and two sets of independent energy storage systems to verify the proposed model,and the advantages of energy storage in the frequency modulation auxiliary service market compared with conventional units are analyzed.The main prosumers participating in the black-start auxiliary service market are power generation.In order to study their trading strategies for participating in the black-start auxiliary service market,based on the models of controllable and uncontrolled generation units,a black-start auxiliary service market structure considering the participation of distributed power generation is designed,and the black-start ability of distributed power generation is evaluated by fuzzy evaluation method.The transaction strategy between users with requirements for power supply reliability and the trading center is put forward.The users and the trading center have signed medium or long-term service contracts to determine the auxiliary service costs that users need to provide.The transaction strategy between the distributed power operator and the transaction center is proposed.The transaction center collects a certain management fee and provides the compensation fee for the black start service to the distributed power operator.According to the actual distribution network structure and considering various types of distributed generation,the example simulates the whole process of black-start auxiliary service market transaction,and verifies the applicability and correctness of the proposed strategy. |
