Under the situation of severe energy and environmental crisis facing the world,a high proportion of clean renewable energy with wind and solar as the main body is connected to the distribution network.It is a key measure to ensure the safe and stable operation of distribution network and promote the consumption of new energy to improve the flexibility of the distribution network through the collaborative planning of multiple flexible resources such as distributed power generation,energy storage and demand response.The source-network-load-storage collaborative planning helps to realize the optimal allocation of distribution network resources,promote the efficient use of energy resources,and improve the regulation capacity of the distribution network and the level of new energy consumption.At the same time,in the context of the open power market,different flexible resource planning entities have their own interests,and there is interest correlation between them,thus forming a multi-player game situation.The distribution network planning considering multi-player game can help balance the interests of all players,stimulate the enthusiasm of all players to actively participate in the distribution network planning,and improve the overall planning level of the distribution network.This paper focuses on the source-network-load-storage collaborative planning method of distribution network considering multi-player game,this paper contains the following sections.(1)Analyze the game relationship between distributed generation operator,distribution company,energy storage operator and power user,and clarify the interests of all players.(2)A distribution network source-network-load-storage collaborative planning model considering multi-agent interests is constructed.Firstly,it studies the flexible resource operation characteristics of the distribution network,builds the distributed generation output model,analyzes the energy storage characteristics,operation strategy and demand-side response mechanism,and then establishes the planning model of different stakeholders,establishes the objective function according to the interests of each stakeholder and establishes the constraint conditions.(3)The cooperative planning method of distribution network source network load and storage based on evolutionary game is studied.Through the evolutionary game of distributed generation operator,distribution company and energy storage operator,the optimal planning scheme of distribution network structure,distributed generation and energy storage considering the bounded rationality of the stakeholders is determined under the condition of considering the demand response of the user side.(4)The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by a simulation example.The results show that the method proposed in this paper can effectively coordinate the planning of grid structure,distributed generation and energy storage,determine the scheme of user participation in demand-side response,improve the economy of planning,and promote the consumption of new energy in the distribution network.At the same time,the method proposed in this paper takes into account the game relationship of interest subjects,and the planning results take into account the interests of multiple subjects,which helps to achieve the balance of interests of players.
