Automatic layout of medium voltage distribution network is an important part of distribution network planning.Reasonable layout can guarantee the safe,reliable and economical operation of distribution network.Due to the extremely high complexity of distribution network planning,the idea and method of integrated planning is not mature enough,and the planning effect for large-scale network is also very limited.In addition,in recent years,a large scale of renewable energy source is connected to the distribution network as distributed generation.In order to ensure the rational and healthy development of distribution network,it is necessary to study the method of active distribution network planning.Therefore,this paper studies the integrated automatic layout model and method of traditional medium voltage distribution network under unit planning framework.On this basis,the cooperative optimization model and method of distribution network structure planning and photovoltaic and energy storage location and capacity is studied.The specific research content is as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem of automatic layout of medium voltage distribution network,based on the division of power supply unit,an integrated automatic layout method of medium voltage distribution network is proposed.Firstly,the integrated layout planning model of trunk line,branch line,connection switch and segment switch with corridor cost considered in detail is established.Secondly,an integrated wiring method based on improved Kruskal algorithm and discrete particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed for the power supply unit corresponding to single-group ring network.On this basis,aiming at the power supply unit corresponding to multi-group ring network,the power supply area division method based on arc division is proposed,which is combined with the solution of single-group ring network to form the integrated wiring method of multi-group ring network.Finally,by analyzing the layout results of the power supply unit in a planning area,it is shown that the proposed method can not only adapt to the power supply unit corresponding to multi-group ring network,but also overcome the defect of traditional step layout and reduce the complexity of traditional Kruskal algorithm.(2)Aiming at the problem of of medium voltage distribution network extension planning considering distributed generation and energy storage access,the interactive optimization model and method of network extension planning and photovoltaic and energy storage capacity configuration for multi-agent game are proposed.Firstly,based on the self-consumption model,the operation strategy of photovoltaic and energy storage system considering peak and valley price is proposed.Secondly,the double-layer alternating optimization framework of active power distribution network expansion planning and photovoltaic and energy storage capacity allocation was constructed,and the mathematical models were respectively established with the objective of optimal cost-benefit for distribution network operators and users with photovoltaic and energy storage installed.On this basis,the solution scheme of alternate optimization framework and model is proposed.The upper layer realizes the solution method based on binary particle swarm algorithm,and the lower layer realizes the solution method based on non-cooperative game among multiple users.Finally,an example is given to verify the calculation of the distribution network in a planning area.The results show that the reasonable access and configuration scheme of the photovoltaic and energy storage system can effectively reduce the network loss of the distribution network,reduce the electricity cost of users and improve the utilization rate of photovoltaic.
