Research On Environmental Performance Evaluation Of H Electric Power Enterprise

The rapid development of the world economy has brought a series of environmental problems,which seriously affect the sustainable development of society.Electricity is a high energy-consuming and high-polluting industry,as well as a key area for managing energy and environmental problem,and the environmental management and performance evaluation of electric power enterprises are becoming more and more important.However,there are few studies related to the environmental performance evaluation of electric power enterprises,and it is necessary to study the environmental performance evaluation of electric power enterprises with the goal of low-carbon green development.It is in this context that the paper conducts a study on the environmental performance evaluation of electric power enterprises,and the selected topic has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on sorting out previous studies and literature,combined with the idea of input and output,this paper selects indicators from the two perspectives of the input paid by enterprises for environmental management and the corresponding pollutant emission.It uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,DEA,and other methods to analyze the environmental performance evaluation of electric power enterprises,and selects typical cases to carry out vertical and horizontal analysis.The trigonometric fuzzy function is introduced to blur the midpoint data,and the quantitative index is dimensionless in the process of application.The study found that:the total score of the environmental performance of H electric power company is 77.94,the level of environmental performance is relatively good,compared with the indicators of environmental input dimension,the performance of pollutant emission indicators is worse,indicating that the enterprise has invested a lot of humans,materials,money and energies in environmental management,but ignored the management of various pollutant emissions;The performance of H electric power enterprise in the management of environmental performance is getting better in the longitudinal time dimension,despite some problems;Through the horizontal industry comparison analysis based on the DEA model,the reasons for the poor performance of certain indicators of the environmental performance of H electric power enterprise were deeply explored,and it was concluded that H electric power enterprise had redundancy in facility investment,which caused the waste of resources,and it was also measured that there was still a large space for emission reduction of gas and liquid pollutants in the enterprise.Finally,suggestions for improvement are made to address the problems identified during the study.This paper enriches the content of environmental performance evaluation research in the electric power industry,constructs an environmental performance evaluation system in the electric power industry from the unique perspective of inputs and outputs,and digs deeply into the problems in the environmental performance of the enterprise.Meanwhile,vertical and horizontal analysis of the environmental performance level of H electric power enterprise can enable H electric power enterprise to detect the efficiency of its environmental management,discover the weaknesses of the enterprise in environmental management,optimize management,and also provide a reference for electric power industry,and promote the process of environmental governance.
