Power transformers are key power equipment in substations,which shoulder the important tasks of voltage conversion,power conversion,and transmission.The normal operation of transformers is the main guarantee for the safety and reliability of power systems.Traditional transformer signal acquisition methods rely on sensor probes,and single signal monitoring cannot comprehensively and accurately diagnose the operating status of the transformer;Multi signal monitoring can lead to extremely inconvenient installation of sensor probes and chaotic communication protocols,making it difficult to effectively achieve online monitoring and real-time diagnosis of transformers.For this reason,this article has carried out research on anomaly detection algorithms and multi-signal diagnosis based on generation countermeasures networks,and implemented online monitoring of transformer multi-signals through the internationally unified IEC61850 communication standard,verifying the effectiveness of intelligent diagnostic equipment to achieve online monitoring and real-time diagnosis of transformers based on IEC61850 standards.The main work of this article is as follows:In order to diagnose the operation status of transformers in a more comprehensive and real-time manner,this paper studies the correlation between vibration signals and voltage and current signals,focusing on using vibration,voltage,and current signals as multiple signal sources to diagnose the status of transformers,and experimentally obtains a multi-signal dataset containing abnormal samples.On this basis,this paper proposes an unsupervised learning anomaly detection algorithm based on generating adversarial networks,and studies the model accuracy of the algorithm under different abnormal proportion samples and different training channel numbers.It is found that the multi-signal diagnostic model has good diagnostic effects.In order to realize the multi signal communication function based on IEC61850 in the field and experimental testing environment,this paper studies the IEC61850 standard system and key communication technologies,constructs an IED information model for transformer condition monitoring,and forms a configuration file for field monitoring.At the same time,this article also generates vibration,voltage,current,and switching value configuration files in the test environment based on IEC61850 logical nodes and object-oriented modeling technology,and implements message transmission of monitoring signals based on IEC61850 standards.A smart grid simulation platform based on Real Time Digital Simulation System(RTDS)has been established to simulate various operating states of transformers by setting various short circuit faults.In order to verify the functional effectiveness of the IEC61850 communication and multi-signal anomaly detection model diagnosis studied,this paper carried out a functional test experiment of transformer intelligent diagnostic equipment.With the joint support of hardware and software,the equipment can monitor the vibration,voltage,and current signals of transformers under various operating conditions online through the IEC61850 standard,and diagnose the operating status of the transformers in real time to obtain abnormal score curves.Experiments have proven the reliability of the communication method and the effectiveness of the algorithm.
