To vigorously promote and develop new energy vehicles and accelerate the construction of green transportation system is the key path for realizing energy saving and emission reduction in the automobile industry and promoting the dual carbon goals.As an important role in the field of urban public transport,taxi electrification is an inevitable trend to promote the green development of urban transport,as well as an important measure for the city to comprehensively strengthen ecological environmental governance and build a low-carbon clean energy system.As the supporting infrastructure to promote the smooth development of electric taxi battery-exchange mode,with the continuous progress of the construction of a new power system with a high proportion of renewable energy access,the battery scheduling station network has been paid more and more attention because of its important role in the realization of green electricity consumption of renewable energy.However,at present,there are few researches on the utilization of renewable energy through battery scheduling among taxi changing stations.Therefore,this paper takes the taxi battery scheduling station network as the research object,considers the consumption of green electricity and the battery demand of the power changing station,and constructs the optimization model of the pre-day scheduling strategy and distribution route of the battery scheduling station network,in order to provide reference for the future development of electric vehicle battery scheduling station and promote the realization of the dual-carbon goal.Based on this,the main research content and innovation points of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the research status of network battery scheduling and green electricity consumption of electric vehicle battery scheduling station at home and abroad is reviewed.Through the overview of network battery scheduling of electric vehicle battery scheduling station,the definition of the station is clarified.On this basis,the key influencing factors in the network battery scheduling process of the battery scheduling station are analyzed from the perspectives of the battery scheduling station,dispatching vehicle,electric taxi and power supply,which lays the foundation for the construction of the network scheduling optimization model of the battery scheduling station.Secondly,the characteristics of taxi demand and the influencing factors of rental vehicle demand were analyzed,and a vehicle behavior selection method based on nested Logit model was constructed,so as to determine the battery demand of each power station in each period of a working week.On this basis,considering the green power consumption level and comprehensive dispatching cost of the battery scheduling station network,the battery scheduling optimization model of the station network was constructed,and an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm based on levy flight was designed to solve the model.Finally,taking the battery scheduling station network in the second ring road of C city as an example,the network battery charging strategy and battery distribution path of taxi battery scheduling station satisfying the optimal green electricity consumption level and comprehensive dispatching cost in the region were obtained.By comparing with two scenarios of disorderly charging and non-centralized charging,the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed model were verified.In addition,through the sensitivity analysis of the distribution vehicle load,decision-makers’ preferences and the maximum battery capacity of the distribution center,the influence of the change of key factors in the battery scheduling station network on the optimization results was analyzed.Based on the optimization and analysis results,the suggestions for the development of the battery scheduling station network were provided to help the promotion and operation of electric taxis and the orderly consumption of green electricity.
