With the massive access of distributed new energy sources, the distribution network has changed from a radial network to a complex multi-source and multiterminal network, and the network structure has become more complex,so the construction of distribution automation and distribution communication network faces new challenges.5G communication has the characteristics of high speed, low latency and large capacity, and using it as distribution communication network can realize comprehensive sensing of distribution automation system to each node of distribution network. At the same time,5G network slicing technology can flexibly support differentiated service requirements and realize service isolation. However,in the process of deep integration of 5G and distribution automation services, there are still some urgent problems that need to be solved, such as the data synchronization problem of differential protection and other services and the network slicing security deployment problem. Therefore, this paper conducts research related to the above two issues.First, this paper studies the key technologies of uRLLC low latency and high reliability and 5G network slicing technology based on 3GPP R15 and R16 standards, and analyzes the adaptability of 5G communication and distribution automation services based on service communication requirements. Then, the distribution network data synchronization problem is studied. This paper analyzes the reasons why traditional data synchronization techniques cannot be applied to 5G distribution network scenarios and the sources of synchronization errors.A distribution network data synchronization scheme based on 5G communication is proposed,in which device timing is performed through a high-precision time synchronization network based on 5G and BeiDou,new radio timing technology and time code IRIG-B,and a 5G independent slice network is used for synchronized data transmission, and interpolation method is used for data synchronization processing, and the synchronization effect of lagrange interpolation method is verified through simulation. In addition, for the protection rejection problem caused by large time delay, this paper proposes a time delay prediction model based on neural network and particle swarm algorithm to compensate the time delay threshold by predicting the time delay,so as to guarantee the effectiveness of data synchronization, and the prediction effect of the model is tested through simulation. Finally, the network slicing security deployment problem is studied. This paper analyzes the security issues that may arise from using 5G network slices in distribution automation services and emphasizes the importance of slicing security deployment.By constructing a network slicing security deployment model,a 5G network slicing security deployment algorithm is proposed, including a node mapping algorithm based on game theory and the distance method of superior and inferior solutions, and a link mapping algorithm based on the security path partitioning strategy, and it is proved through simulation experiments that the algorithm has better slicing deployment benefits in long-term steady state, large slicing load scenarios and high security demand scenarios, and the algorithm can be flexibly adapted to differentiated business security requirements.
