In this paper,a laser particle size analyzer,a rotating rheometer,a cryoscanning electron microscope and a true density analyzer are used to study the effects of different types of particles and particle size on the rheological properties of the gel,and high concentration of aluminum particles ethanolamine gel is prepared.Specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:1.A series of gel containing particles are prepared with glass beads,alumina and carbon powder particles of different sizes as raw materials,the viscosity of gel with particles increases with the increase of particle size and roughness,and increases with the decrease of true density.The relationship between the viscosity coefficient k and yield stress of gel containing particles and the particle size,mass concentration and true density is obtained.2.The effects of aluminum particle mass fraction on the volume combustion heat,stability and rheology of gel fuel are studied.It is found that aluminum particles can connect with ethanolamine gel skeleton and increase the strength of gel molecular chains by scanning electron microscopy.The centrifugation results show that the effluency of 10%aluminum gel fuel is 26.5%,and that of 30%aluminum gel fuel is 9.8%.The method of regulating viscosity,yield stress and viscoelasticity of gel fuel is studied by optimizing the mixing ratio of aluminum particles and gelling agent.The results show that the dosage of gelling agent can be reduced from 6%to 4%with the addition of 30%aluminum particles on the premise of keeping rheology unchanged.3.The study on ethanolamine gel with high concentration aluminum particles finds that mixing a small amount of carbon particles can generate carbon dioxide gas and destroy the combustion agglomeration process of aluminum powder,thus effectively improving the heat value of the gel.At the same time,the addition of carbon particles can also improve the viscosity and strength of the gel and prolong the relaxation time of the material.The effect of surfactant type and gel preparation method on rheological properties of high concentration aluminum particles ethanolamine is revealed.It is found that ethanolamine gel prepared by TWEEN has the most obvious effect on the surface modification of aluminum particles.It is found that adding gelling agent,surfactant and aluminum powder in sequence have the most obvious viscosity reduction effect.
