At present,a large number of experimental research work has been carried out on the rheological properties of rockfill at home and abroad.These tests are based on the rheological properties of the indoor scale material.These test results exist with the actual dam foot size different rheological properties,such as relative to the dam settlement needs a few years,more than ten years to stabilize,and the stability of the test material is only ten days and so on.Therefore,it is difficult to explain the rheological mechanism of the scale rock by indoor experiment.Rheology is an important mechanical property of rockfill material.It reflects that the internal particles of the rockfill are gradually broken over time under the action of dead weight and external load,which causes the mutual filling,slip,rearrangement and stress distribution of the particles until the Grad ually stable process.Among them,the crushing time of each particle is a controlling factor,and the crushing time of the particles is affected by its stress level,water content and so on.Therefore,in order to study the rheological mechanism of rockfill,the rheological behavior of single particles is studied,and the relationship between particle strength,rheological crushing time and stress level and moisture content is of great theoretical value.In this paper,the rheological behavior of rockfill particles is studied with the stress level as a parameter.Based on the experimental curve,the rheological parameters under different stress levels were determined by theoretical calculation and Matlab data fitting.The relationship between the parameters and the stress level was discussed.Finally,the rheological test of single particle rock mass was simulated by Origin software.The simulation results were in good agreement with the experimental results.The main contents include:(1)The uniaxial compression test of rockfill particles was carried out,and the splitting strength of the samples was obtained.The relationship between the splitting strength and the equivalent diameter of the rockfill was given.(2)The rheological behavior of rockfill partic les at different stress levels was studied,and the effects of different stress levels on rheological properties were studied.(3)Identify the basic element model of the rock flow constitutive model of rockfill,identify the rheological constitutive equation,and fit the model parameters.(4)The physical meaning of the rheological model parameters is analyzed in detail.By fitting the relationship between the stress level and the rheological model parameters,the influence of the stress level on the properties of the rockfill particles is described intuitively.(5)According to the model parameters fitted by Matlab,the theoretical rheological curve of the model is deduced by Origin drawing software,and compared with the measured data of the indoor experiment,the curve fitting is more consistent,which verifies the rationality of the selected model and Correctness.
