| With the continuous development of digital technology and the increasing aging of China’s population, aging interaction design has gradually become one of the research hotspots in the industry.Existing researches mainly focus on the internal physiological characteristics of middle-aged and elderly groups to explore the optimization of product interaction design, while less attention is paid to the different influences of external design elements on user experience. In view of the difficulty in using smart phones among middle-aged and elderly people, remote assistance products on mobile phone have become an important means for children to help middle-aged and elderly people use smart phones online. However, the current remote assistance products on mobile phone do not fit the usage habits of middle-aged and elderly people and have low acceptances,so it is necessary to improve them for aging.Middle-aged and elderly people are regarded as the obstacles in the early use of information technology, but they have received limited attention in the current research. The research on middle-aged and elderly people can prevent them from developing technology anxiety and lack of confidence after they enter the old age,and it is of developmental and forward-looking significance for the research on the acceptance of digital products technology among middle-aged and elderly people.Aiming at the problems of remote assistance products on mobile phone being more professional and having a higher threshold for use, this topic uses TAM(Technology Acceptance Model)to explore the influence of different interaction design elements on users’perception of use and willingness to accept.Based on the theory of five elements of user experience, this study extracted four elements of aging interaction design, namely, function, process, layout and vision, and took them as external variables of the research model. Then, according to the strong interactive social attributes of the product itself, the "perceptual interaction" element is added to the user perception level. Finally, combined with the shared core variables of TAM and UTAUT(Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology)models,"perceived usefulness" and "perceived ease of use" were jointly constructed to establish a factor model for middle-aged and elderly people’s acceptance attitude towards remote assistance products on mobile phone.Subsequently, this study proposed theoretical hypotheses based on the established theoretical model, and collected data in the form of questionnaires to verify the hypotheses. Finally, based on the questionnaire data, the research rejected the invalid hypothesis and obtained the "influencing factor model of interaction design elements affecting the middle-aged and elderly groups’ attitude towards remote assistance products on mobile phone".Based on the different influences of each interaction design element on user perception, the corresponding design strategy was proposed to guide the design practice.By applying the above design strategies, this study designed a remote assistance products on mobile phone suitable for middle-aged and elderly people, and invited middle-aged and elderly users to evaluate the interaction prototype, and the scheme obtained good feedback. This study provides theoretical basis and method reference for the aging design practice of remote assistance products on mobile phone, which is helpful to improve the acceptance attitude of middle-aged and elderly people towards remote assistance products on mobile phone, which has far-reaching significance for helping middle-aged and elderly people access information technology and breaking the digital divide. |
