Research On Standard Evaluation And Optimization Of Construction Enterprises

Construction enterprise standards are important knowledge contributors in the engineering construction standard system,which are generally formulated according to the needs of construction enterprises.Today,with the rapid development of the construction industry,the contradiction between the update iteration mode of traditional standards and the development requirements of the industry has begun to emerge,and the vigorous development of construction enterprise standards is the key element to solve this problem.Evaluate and optimize the standards of construction enterprises,and choose the best to select the "leader" list.On the one hand,it can facilitate the dissemination of excellent standards,further spread excellent technology and experience,and improve the overall level of the industry;on the other hand,it can also be used during the evaluation process.Select the key elements that affect the quality of construction enterprise standards,improve the quality of construction enterprise standards,and provide impetus for improving the engineering construction standard system.Previous studies often did not pay enough attention to the evaluation of construction enterprise standards,or directly applied the evaluation model of authoritative standards such as national standards and industry standards.To a considerable extent,this has resulted in the lack of recognition of excellent construction enterprise standards in the construction industry,and at the same time hindered the diffusion and promotion of advanced technology in construction enterprises.On the basis of combing and summarizing the related literature of national standards,industry standards and enterprise standards in other industries,this paper conducts research on the basis of multi-criteria decision-making theory,complex network theory and group evaluation methods.On the basis of previous research results,aiming at the fundamental goal of evaluating and optimizing construction enterprise standards,the concept of construction enterprise standards,the classification attributes of various aspects,the formulation process,and the constraint attributes are analyzed and discussed.And according to the attributes,characteristics and related research results of the above-mentioned construction enterprise standards,and according to the opinions of relevant experts,75 evaluation indicators that reflect the quality of the construction enterprise standards are preliminarily selected.Furthermore,based on factors such as value judgments and information overlapping levels,a standard evaluation index system for construction enterprises with 3 main dimensions and 9secondary dimensions totaling 32 indicators was finally selected.Using complex network and language information large-scale group evaluation method to build a comprehensive measurement model for the evaluation and optimization of construction enterprise standards.In addition,the "Foundation Engineering Construction Standard"(Q/331181ZJRC001-2022)and other seven foundation construction technology enterprise standards were verified by examples.The results show that the "Construction Technical Standards for Building Foundation Engineering" compiled by Shandong Huabang Construction Group Co.,Ltd.is the best among the selected standards,and its quality is "excellent";its quality is "very good" "Construction and Inspection and Evaluation Standards for Foundation and Foundation Engineering" compiled for Weihai Fenghui Construction Industry Technology Co.,Ltd.;"Technical Standards for Foundation Engineering Construction" compiled by Qingjian International Group Co.,Ltd.;Foundation and Foundation Engineering Construction Technology Standard" and the "Building Foundation Construction Technology Standard"compiled by Shandong Tiexin Construction Group Co.,Ltd.,the quality of which is "good";The "Technical Standards for Raft Foundation Engineering Construction" compiled by Julong Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd.and the "Construction Standards for Foundation Engineering" compiled by Zhejiang Ruicheng Electric Power Technology Co.,Ltd.are"average".And use other methods to verify the results,the final results are consistent.The feasibility of the above model and the stability of the evaluation index system are verified.The research results of this paper provide a reference for the evaluation of construction enterprise standards and the improvement of the engineering construction standard system,and provide assistance for the decision-making level of construction enterprises to formulate enterprise standardization strategies.They have important value in theory and application.
