Electric energy has become an indispensable resource in daily life.The complexity of electric energy application scenarios and the diversity of terminal loads have put forward new demands and challenges to the traditional electric energy transmission mode.Dynamic contactless power supply technology can meet the power demand of electric devices under special conditions such as underwater,underground,rain,snow and movement.Has been widely used in electric vehicles,aerospace,railway transportation and many other fields.However,in the process of dynamic power supply,because the distance and offset between the receiving and transmitting coils are constantly changing,the output power stability is directly affected.In order to reduce the transmission fluctuation in dynamic contact-free power supply system,this paper proposes a kind of deflection racetrack receiving coil,and discusses the influence of its structural parameters on the power transmission characteristics.The main research contents are as follows:1.The mutual inductance calculation model of coil transmission mechanism with declination was established by Neuman’s formula,and the mutual inductance between coupling coils was simulated and verified,and the effects of different declination angles and transmitting coil layout on mutual inductance wave characteristics were analyzed and compared.2.The basic resonant mode and the contactless power supply system modeling method were studied,four basic compensation structures were analyzed,and the transmission efficiency characteristic formula was derived.Then the LCC-S type compensation structure with better transmission advantages was selected to analyze the influence of structural parameters of the magnetic coupling mechanism of the deflection track type on the system in the dynamic transmission process.3.Analyze the transmission characteristics of wire under high frequency AC,optimize the structure of coil through orthogonal test,and enhance the mutual inductance stability in the process of dynamic transmission;The magnetic leakage is reduced by adding magnetic core,and the influence of different magnetic core structures on transmission performance is compared and analyzed.An experimental platform was built to verify the energy transmission characteristics of the deflection racetrack receiving coil and the plane receiving coil.The results show that the mutual inductance calculation method in this paper can accurately calculate the mutual inductance in the dynamic contactless power supply system.Transmitting coil spacing and receiving coil deflection have significant effects on transmission characteristics of the system.The optimized structure of the receiving coil greatly improves the coupling effect and anti-migration ability of the magnetic coupling mechanism.The addition of appropriate magnetic core can improve the overall mutual inductance and reduce the energy loss.
