Whether the pantograph can normally receive current from the catenary will directly affect the running state of the locomotive,so it is necessary to carry out regular performance testing of the pantograph.At present,some locomotive depots still use traditional manual detection methods and paper-based data recording methods in pantograph detection.This method has many problems such as carrying many tools,low detection efficiency,dangerous operation,and low data query efficiency.Therefore,the main content of this paper is to design a portable pantograph data terminal instead of manual detection method;at the same time,aiming at the pantograph detection data and the image and video data generated by the daily work of the locomotive depot,this paper studies their security problems in the process of transmission and storage and designs a data storage platform in the cloud environment.The main contents of this paper are as follows :(1)Aiming at the security problem of image data generated by the daily work of the locomotive depot in the cloud environment,this paper proposes a multi-image chaotic encryption algorithm based on identity key.In the current image encryption algorithm,highdimensional chaotic systems are often used to obtain chaotic sequences with better chaotic characteristics.However,high-dimensional chaotic systems have the problem of low computational efficiency.The image encryption algorithm proposed in this paper takes the generation of high-dimensional chaotic sequences as a separate stage.Firstly,the size of multiple images is analyzed,and then the chaotic sequences satisfying the batch of image encryption are generated and stored at one time.In the compressed sensing and encryption stage,the stored chaotic sequence is read directly without repeated chaotic sequence operations.In this paper,the algorithm is analyzed by histogram,information entropy,adjacent pixel correlation and other indicators.The simulation results show that the algorithm has strong security,high key sensitivity,and can effectively reduce the image encryption time.(2)Designed and implemented a portable pantograph data terminal,including terminal devices and terminal applications.The terminal device is designed with embedded technology,which has the characteristics of simple disassembly and strong applicability,and is convenient for detecting pantographs on different trains.The terminal application is designed based on the mobile terminal system,which can communicate with the terminal device,control the terminal device to detect the pantograph,and then store the detection data in the database.The terminal application also has the function of uploading data,which can upload the detection data to the data cloud platform for users to view in different places.(3)A pantograph data platform in cloud environment is built.The platform realizes the query function of detection data,the management function of working files,and the image encryption function based on identity key,which can provide more efficient and safe services for the locomotive department.
