As an important carrier of spatial information and a major means of obtaining geographic information,Remote Sensing Image has become an indispensable strategic resource in national defense security and economic construction.With the rapid development of demands for online services and multi-level sharing,the security requirements for the storage,transmission,and use of Remote Sensing Images have become increasingly prominent.Encryption technology and watermark technology are currently two more mature security technologies,which have played an important role in the secure transmission of Remote Sensing Image data and copyright traceability.Encryption technology can guarantee the confidentiality of Remote Sensing Image Data and prevent the leakage of it in the process of storage and distribution.Digital watermarking technology can realize the copyright identification of Remote Sensing Image Data and guarantee the traceability of it in the process of distribution and use.However,it is difficult for a single encryption technology to realize the copyright traceability of plaintext or ciphertext Remote Sensing Image Data.At the same time,a single watermarking technology cannot ensure the confidentiality of data during transmission.Therefore,how to combine the two technologies and effectively break through the limitation of single technology is the current research focus.Simply combining cryptography with digital watermarking has some problems such as security and practicability.Therefore,it is necessary to study the organic fusion method of cryptography and digital watermarking to meet the all-round security protection needs of Remote Sensing Image Data.As a new security technology to realize the fusion of encryption and digital watermarking,Commutative Watermarking and Encryption provides security for the storage and use of remote sensing image data.Commutative Watermarking and Encryption realizes the exchange of encryption and decryption operations and watermark operations in the operation sequence,effectively eliminates the security and practicability problems caused by the direct combination of cryptographic technology and watermark technology,and can meet the needs of more comprehensive security protection of remote sensing image data.Based on the sharing needs of Remote Sensing Image Data and the actual application scenarios,this paper analyzes the essential characteristics of Remote Sensing Image Data exchange password watermarking and the shortage of existing Commutative Watermarking and Encryption algorithms applied to Remote Sensing Images,and studies the practical exchange password watermarking algorithm for Remote Sensing Image Data.(1)This paper expounds the security requirements of Remote Sensing Image Data in sharing and application,analyzes the characteristics and essential characteristics of remote sensing image data Commutative Watermarking and Encryption technology,and summarizes the common methods to realize the Commutative Watermarking and Encryption.On this basis,the method of constructing the feature invariant of the Commutative Watermarking and Encryption is studied,which lays a theoretical foundation for the realization of the Commutative Watermarking and Encryption algorithm of the Remote Sensing Image Data.(2)Aimed at the problem of insufficient existing Commutative Watermarking and Encryption security,put forward a kind of Commutative Watermarking and Encryption algorithm based on Homomorphic Encryption.Based on the additive homomorphism of Paillier,the algorithm can embed and extract watermark information in plaintext domain and ciphertext domain on the premise that cipher operation and digital watermarking operation can be exchanged.Experiments show that the algorithm not only guarantees the interchangeability of encryption and watermarking,but also guarantees the security of encryption and the robustness of watermarkin g against geometric attacks.(3)Aiming at the single and insufficient practicality of the fusion of encryption and watermarking,then propose an Commutative Watermarking and Encryption algorithm based on block discrete wavelet transformation(DWT)and sin gular value decomposition(SVD)decomposition.As a characteristic value of image,singular value has good stability,so embedding watermark into singular value has strong robustness.At the same time,an encryption method for reorganizing left and right singular matrices is designed.This method does not affect the change of singular values and satisfies the exchangeability of cryptographic operations and watermarks.Experiments show that the algorithm has a large key space,and the key has strong sensitivity,which meets the security of practical applications.The watermarking operation has a strong roadside modification to geometric attacks and common image manipulation attacks.
