| As an important part of the construction and development of smart transportation,smart maritime plays a vital role on the path of building a "powerful transportation country".In recent years,the maritime industry has been thriving and the navigation environment increasingly complex,presenting unprecedented challenges to maritime traffic safety management and posing new demands for maritime safety supervision services.Faced with new opportunities and challenges,it is necessary for us to explore new models of smart maritime supervision using modern information technology and improve the level of maritime safety supervision services.Therefore,this paper embarks on a study on the digitalizing of marine transportation scene under the trend of smart maritime.This paper focuses on the following work: The first chapter is the introduction.It first expounds the research background and significance,discusses the relevant research status,and clarifies the research content and technical route of this paper.The second chapter is the research foundations.It details the related basic concepts and technical foundations,providing theoretical guidance and technical support for subsequent system development.The third chapter completes the digital modeling of marine transportation scene.It first studies the modeling method of large-scale marine transportation geographic information,quickly building a large-scale geographic information model based on real geographic data using 3Ds Max and Unity3 D virtual engine.Then,LOD technology is introduced for optimized sea surface display,creating a large-scale sea surface by splicing together multiple mesh grids,and achieving overall consistency in sea surface display.Lastly,it explores the high-precision modeling method for static objects,utilizing 3Ds Max to achieve consistent display of static object models.The fourth chapter designs a visualization scheme for marine transportation scene for smart maritime.Based on virtual elements such as ships,port facilities,the sea surface,sky,sound,and weather,the organization and construction of the scene are realized.Then,LOD technology and frustum culling technology are introduced to optimize scene rendering.It also designs a visualization scheme for perspective switching,cruising mode,real-time map navigation,and visual monitoring based on the constructed digital scene.The fifth chapter develops a smart maritime visual supervision system.Using Unity3 D,a smart maritime visual supervision system is built.The system’s visualization interface is designed,realizing functions such as registration and login,perspective switching,cruising mode,real-time map navigation,and visual monitoring,and the system generation and release are completed.The sixth chapter is the summary and outlook.It summarizes the research content and work situation of this paper and presents a future perspective on the content that has not yet been thoroughly researched.The visualization method based on virtual reality technology researched in this paper provides technical support for developing digital models of marine transportation scene.It can construct a "stereoscopic" and "immersive" marine transportation scene,providing maritime management decision-makers with an intuitive and effective decision-making environment.The developed smart maritime visual supervision system has high application value,providing new ideas and methods for maritime management work,and promoting the construction and development of smart maritime. |
