The number of medical practitioners per 10,000 in China is much lower than that in developed countries,and the training of medical practitioners not only needs a lot of surgical practice,but also needs the careful guidance of teachers.Although the current virtual surgery training system has solved part of the problem of difficult surgery practice,the evaluation method of the virtual surgery training system is still insufficient.In this paper,the suturing operation in basic surgery was taken as an example.Firstly,the model of suturing operation and common medical instruments in operating room was established,and the theoretical knowledge level of medical students was determined according to their choice of medical instruments in suturing operation.Then the evaluation indexes of suture surgery were studied,and the importance of evaluation indexes were compared in pairs to determine the weight of each evaluation index in the evaluation process of suture surgery.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of suture surgery was established to determine the level of suture surgery of medical students.Firstly,3D modeling software 3Ds Max was used to establish the 3D model of medical instruments in accordance with the modeling requirements of medical instruments in the suture surgery training system.These 3D models of medical instruments not only contain the necessary medical instruments for suture surgery,but also some auxiliary medical instruments,which will constitute the medical instrument model library in the suture surgery training system.According to the medical students’ choice of medical instruments for suture surgery and their understanding of the suture operation process,the plus-point evaluation method will be used to determine the theoretical knowledge level of medical students in suture surgery.Then,in view of the imperfect evaluation indexes of suture surgery,the qualitative evaluation indexes and quantitative evaluation indexes of suture surgery were extracted according to the surgical process of clinical suture surgery.The evaluation index system in the virtual surgical suture training system was initially established with the analytic hierarchy process,the qualitative index was quantified,and then the comprehensive evaluation judgment matrix of the evaluation index was established for consistency test.The evaluation index in the suture surgery was compared and judged in pairs to determine the weight distribution of the evaluation index in each level,and the evaluation index with too low weight was eliminated.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to determine the theoretical and operational level of medical students,aiming at the problem that the level of suture operation of medical students could not be evaluated comprehensively.According to the fuzzy set theory,the membership function of evaluation index in the suture surgery training system was established,and the comment set was determined,so that each evaluation index had the corresponding surgical level judgment.Then the comprehensive evaluation model of the suture surgery training system was established,and the final surgical level of medical students was determined according to their theoretical knowledge level and clinical operation ability. |
