Research On The Optimization Of The Quality Management Scheme Of The Construction Project Of The Vehicle Repair Workshop

With the development of the market economy,the importance of construction project quality has become increasingly prominent.The quality of the project has a direct impact on the production of enterprises and the safety of people’s lives and properties.Therefore,construction units must improve their quality management capabilities,do a good job in project quality management,and ensure that construction projects are completed in accordance with the quality standards stipulated by the state.From the perspective of the current project quality management plan of the A vehicle freight repair plant construction project carried out under this background,due to the weak quality management awareness and insufficient ability of the project quality management personnel,the plan has many defects.In order to guide the quality management of the project,the construction quality of the project has a high probability of being difficult to meet the standard.Therefore,this paper conducts research on the quality management of A vehicle freight repair workshop construction project.First of all,on the basis of a brief description of the project overview,the current quality of the project is reviewed from the perspectives of the project construction quality management agency,project quality management post responsibilities,project construction preparation stage quality management,project construction operations and completion acceptance stage quality management.The management plan is expounded,and the influencing factors of quality management in the construction preparation stage,construction operation stage and completion acceptance stage of the project are analyzed.Secondly,after clarifying the project quality management evaluation objectives,principles and methods,based on the project quality management influencing factors analysis As a result,the current quality management scheme of the project was evaluated by using the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The weight of each evaluation index was determined by the AHP,and the evaluation level of the project quality management scheme was determined by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method;Thirdly,according to the evaluation results of the project quality management scheme,the project quality management optimization scheme was formulated from the three stages of construction preparation,construction operation and completion acceptance.Finally,the project quality was proposed from the perspectives of system guarantee,organizational guarantee and technical guarantee.Management guarantee measures to provide guarantee for the smooth implementation of the formulated project quality management optimization.Through the research of this paper,it can provide theoretical guidance for the quality management of the A vehicle freight repair plant construction project,enhance the quality management ability of the project construction unit,and make a certain contribution to the project construction quality reaching the established quality standards.Provide reference for the quality management work of the project.
