Since the "Belt and Road" initiative was put forward in 2013,China has been committed to building a big family of "extensive consultation,joint contribution and shared benefits" led by China and voluntary participation by countries along the Belt and Road.In this big family,countries,led by "open,inclusive,balanced and inclusive",are actively participating in greater development and integration,at a higher level and at a deeper level.According to the latest data from the National Bureau of Statistics,China’s GDP in 2021 will be 114.36 trillion yuan,with an annual growth rate of 8.1%,indicating that the country’s overall economy still maintains a good comprehensive growth rate.The domestic economic situation has benefited from the good control of the epidemic,and the international market is gradually recovering under the epidemic.As a leading enterprise in the field of infrastructure in Shandong Province,G Group has been committed to the development of the core business of infrastructure in recent years,actively adhering to the main business of transportation infrastructure investment and construction,and striving to build a first-class state-owned capital investment platform for comprehensive transportation industry.In this process,with the continuous increase of domestic business saturation,the overseas market has gradually become the main development trend of G Group.How to consolidate and improve the market size in the overseas market and ensure the dominant competitive position of G Group has become an urgent problem to be solved in the internationalization strategy of transportation facilities business.In this study choose G group as the research object,under the background of "Belt and Road",based on the competitive strategy theory,internationalization strategy theory,on the basis of the domestic and international literature,using the method of field investigation and comparative analysis,and based on the combing results and SWOT analysis,QSPM quantitative analysis results,proposed G group to adapt to the differentiation strategy.In the process of the implementation of differentiation strategy,G group should be fully prepared the choice of national market,and adjust the national market into the order and way,and respectively by building project advantage,improve project international competitiveness,improve the international project development system,build international financial management system,establish overseas intelligence system,gradually promote the differentiation strategy.While promoting the differentiation strategy,it should also ensure the smooth implementation of strategic measures by optimizing the enterprise organizational structure,improving the level of human resources construction,strengthening enterprise operation management and cultural construction,and providing information technology support,so as to create good conditions for the proper implementation of the differentiation strategy.This research mainly has two innovative points.First,it proposes that the internationalization strategy of G Group’s transportation infrastructure business should try to choose the differentiation strategy as its competitive strategy;Second,it puts forward that the differentiation strategy route of G Group should be realized from the country market selection,market entry mode selection,differentiated competitive advantage construction,strategic alliance and cooperative relationship construction respectively,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategic plan. |
