Air conditioner is the common household appliance of modern family,regulating indoor temperature and improving air quality.Air conditioning in the transportation and operation process,will be affected by vibration and induced vibration.Experiment and research shows that,the air conditioning in the transport process,by the vibration from the ground,easy to cause the fracture internal pipe air conditioner.Air conditioning during operation due to unavoidable mechanical vibration and piping induced vibration makes the noise is too large.Therefore,to carry out the research and design of vibration compressor and piping system is the main content of air damping.Aimed at the vibration caused by air conditioning and in different states of transmission path,we make damping design about compressor and dynamic optimization about pipe.(1)Vibration isolating system of compressorThere is complex mechanical drive and gas pulsation,compressor vibration is inevitable.Therefore,it's necessary to design vibration isolating system about compressor and new vibration isolator,in order to reduce vibration.(2)The design of dynamic design absorberThe compressor and isolator make up a single freedom spring mass system with single frequency.According to the theory of resonance,designing a dynamic design absorber and installing it on the compressor will reduce vibration.(3)The modal analysis and optimization design about pipe systemThe pipe vibration stem from two aspects.The one is caused by compressor mechanical vibration.The other one is caused by gas pulsation in turning and variable cross-section.Accordingly,it's necessary to make analysis about natural frequency and gas column,calculate it's natural frequency and mode,adapt damping treatment and take experimental verification.In this paper,it designs vibration isolating system according to vibration absorbing theory and forecast the effect of damping through Abaqus and Adams.It will calculate natural frequency of gas column through theoretical calculations and emulation.The high temperature and pressure in pipe will produce prestressed affecting natural frequency of pipe.But the deformation of pipe is so small that can not affect gas flow.This is a one-way fluid-solid coupling problem.We take this one-way fluid-solid coupling analysis through ANSYS/Workbench seting up ANSYS and CFX,calculating natural frequency under different temperature and pressure,contrasting with natural frequency of empty pipe.In connection with different damping program,it will take experiment to verify effect of damping.
