Many achievements have been made in the study of comprehensive scheduling,but most of the current comprehensive scheduling problems are studied under deterministic conditions,without considering the impact of uncertain factors on the scheduling results during the actual implementation of the scheduling plan,and reworking of unqualified workpieces is one of the uncertain factors.Therefore,this paper proposes to study the integrated scheduling problem with rework.Aiming at the problem that rework disturbance scheduling results will appear in the scheduling process in a single workshop,a single workshop integrated scheduling algorithm with original equipment rework is proposed;The strategy of predictive process selection and quality inspection processing tree scheduling are proposed to determine the sequence of process scheduling and reduce the impact of rework on scheduling results;A high rework factor process priority strategy is proposed to determine the scheduling priority of different rework jobs;The rework process scheduling strategy and standard process scheduling strategy are proposed to solve the rescheduling problem caused by rework time.In view of the fact that the process can not be reworked on the original equipment during the actual production process,a flexible comprehensive scheduling algorithm with rework is proposed.The algorithm proposes a pressure relief strategy for equipment with high load,calculates the equipment load value according to the preset processing time of the equipment and the carrying time of the equipment rework,avoids the equipment with high load when selecting the equipment in the rework process,determines the equipment resource selection scheme for the rework process,and solves the problem that the equipment may be overloaded due to rework;Put forward the optimization strategy of reworking process-equipment mutual selection,optimize the scheduling sequence and equipment selection scheme,and solve the problem that multiple equipment can be selected for the process at a certain time;The flexible adjustment strategy of rework process is proposed to further adjust the rescheduling scheme of rework time and optimize the scheduling results.Aiming at the problem that rework affects the scheduling results in the second workshop,a comprehensive scheduling algorithm for the second workshop with rework is proposed.The algorithm proposes a priority allocation strategy for quality inspection subtree operations,which gives priority to the scheduling of key workpiece operations,so that the quality inspection operations can be completed as soon as possible to reduce the impact of rework on the scheduling results;A dynamic workshop balanced allocation strategy is proposed,which pre-schedules processes on the same equipment resources in different workshops,and determines the selection of processing workshops according to the size of the pre-scheduled completion time;Update the rescheduling scheme at the time of rework,and set the rework process of the same key workpiece in the same workshop as far as possible to reduce the number of migrations.Through the research and analysis of the rework problem in the workshop production process,this paper proposes corresponding comprehensive scheduling algorithm according to different scenarios.The example shows that this algorithm can solve the comprehensive scheduling problem with rework in a lower complexity.
