| As an important infrastructure in China,railway plays an important role in the transportation system.With the continuous improvement of China’s railway transportation industry and the rapid development of information technology,in order to improve the safety of train transportation,improve transportation efficiency and reduce transportation costs,a special end of train(EOT)device is developed to replace the previous manual guard car,which is widely used in the field of railway transportation.As one of the enterprises that studied the EOT device in the early stage,L company also pays close attention to the train operation demand and the development prospect of the EOT device.Although it has rich industry experience,sometimes due to the delay of the project progress,L company loses the development opportunity to lead a new direction in the EOT industry.This thesis takes the EOT system project of L company as a case study,identifies the problems existing in the process of project schedule management,and designs the optimization scheme.When optimizing the project schedule planning scheme,adjust the organizational structure,use WBS decomposition technology to clarify the project tasks,use expert judgment and PERT plan review technology to obtain the project activity time,and use the plan network table and Gantt chart to show the overall project schedule;In terms of progress control,according to the characteristics of L company,the project progress is controlled by a series of effective means,such as strengthening the company’s project management awareness,establishing a progress control management team,designing progress control process,establishing performance appraisal system and so on.Through a series of scheme designs from schedule planning to schedule control,the project schedule is more accurate,reasonable and traceable,and effective measures are taken to control the project schedule to ensure that the project is actually carried out according to the schedule.On the whole,the research results of this paper can effectively guide the schedule management of the new EOT system development project,enhance the project management awareness of L company,improve the project schedule management level,and provide theoretical guidance and practical experience for similar project schedule management of L company. |
