China’s power resources have been in a state of shortage,with the vigorous development of China’s college education,classroom lighting consumption of electric energy is increasing day by day.Moreover,the management of China’s colleges and universities is relatively backward,and there is a phenomenon of waste of electric energy.For example,there are phenomena such as the lamp continuously lit when no one is in use,the lamp is fully turned on when only one person is in the classroom,and the lamp is still turned on when the light is sufficient.Under the national policy of vigorously developing technology energy saving,in order to save electric energy resources and reduce university expenses,this paper designs a networked intelligent lighting control system for universities.The system consists of three parts: luminaire controller,classroom controller and visual control platform.The communication between the luminaire controller and the classroom controller adopts 2.4G wireless LAN,and the communication between the classroom controller and the visual control platform adopts 4G wireless communication network.The visual control platform and classroom controller are used to realize the functions of lamp working mode setting,load fault detection,and power consumption data statistics.System hardware design includes luminaire controller hardware design and classroom controller hardware design.The lamp controller adopts a cascading design,which is divided into power supply layer,controller layer and sensor layer,and the circuits such as power input,lamp control,load detection,light intensity detection and infrared pyroelectric human body sensing are designed respectively.The main functions are to receive the control instructions of the classroom controller,realize the switch control of the lamp,the fault detection of the load and the measurement of electricity consumption.The classroom controller hardware mainly includes the main control board,touch screen,4G transmission module,through humancomputer interaction to achieve the mode control of classroom lamps,and count load fault information and power consumption information,through the4 G network transmission to the visual control platform.The software design of the system includes the software design of the luminaire controller,classroom controller and visual control platform.The software design of the luminaire controller includes the switching of the luminaire working mode,the collection of power consumption,and the detection of the load.The software design of the classroom controller includes classroom lighting mode switching,power consumption summary of each lamp in the classroom,load detection information statistics,and interactive control of the touch screen.The visual control platform software design includes switching the lighting mode of each classroom,alarm reminder for faulty load,power consumption data display and report management.Experiments show that the lighting system has high sensitivity,strong practicality,and can effectively reduce the power consumption of university lighting system.
