Research On Quality Control Of W University’s Scientific Research Building Project

With the rapid growth of construction industry in China,there are plenty of research topics about the quality management in this area appears,which also attracts more and more attention to the institutions,as well as enterprises and the government.The W University’s scientific research building project is a very important construction project in the whole plan of W university’s education reconstruction,which means the quality management and control issue become a significant focus of W university.The quality control and management of the project has a significant effect in helping companies locate project quality problems,optimize construction procedures,and improve the quality of construction projects.At the same time,it is effective in establishing a good corporate image,improving market competitiveness,and promoting the development of the construction industry in a healthy way.This thesis takes the research building project of W University as the research object,try to identify the problems in the construction quality of the research building project through the field survey of the site,analyzes the causes of the problems in depth,and uses the PDCA cycle as a technical tool to propose improvement measures in terms of personnel,equipment,technology,materials,and environment in order to improve the construction quality level of the research building.Then develops the construction quality control system of the research building based on PDCA cycle,and through the continuous PDCA cycle,problems in construction quality are constantly identified and solved,and improvement measures are proposed,so as to achieve the construction quality control target of the research building.The implementation results show that the optimization scheme of the PDCA cycle-based quality control system of the project has improved the overall quality of the construction,while sounding the project management system of the project department and achieving good economic and social benefits.The conclusions of this thesis are mainly:First,the PDCA cycle-based quality control system for public building construction project can be built by using the construction "three inspection system" as a standardized means,which contains the principles,objectives,processes and guarantee measures for construction.Second,the PDCA cycle with multiple rounds of planning,execution,checking and summarizing can effectively improve the construction quality of the research building project and achieve the quality target requirements of the construction of the research building.This project is a non-profit social project,which provides as an example for future quality management research of non-commercial construction projects.It is hoped that the research and optimization plan of this project based on the PDCA cycle will provide a reference for the quality management of similar projects.
