| With the advent of the information age,the development of electronic products is also changing rapidly,and in a short time has become one of the fastest growing industries in China.Many people charge and transfer data to cell phones,USB flash drives and other electronic products when driving cars,and for this reason,many cars are also equipped with car USB ports.However,there are many different kinds of USB HUBs in the market with different quality,which not only have high safety risks,but also may reduce the service life of electronic products in the process of use,and even threaten personal safety in serious cases.Therefore,there is a need to design an automotive USB HUB performance testing system to ensure the safety and stability of the USB interface at work.The paper takes the automotive USB HUB as the research object,combines the relevant test requirements,and by reviewing the relevant literature,designs a universal testing system and builds a test platform,and finally carries out a series of test index determination.The whole system is divided into Programmable Logic Control module and Signal Processing module,and the paper introduces the hardware circuit design and software flow design of the two parts in detail;the PLC module hardware circuit design includes power supply module,main control module,programmable electronic load module,serial communication module circuit design,and the software flow design includes STM32 timer output PWM,STM32 ISP serial download flow design.SP module hardware circuit design includes the main control module,Windows/Linux system serial communication module,USB signal detection module circuit design,software process design includes charging port identification,USB signal detection process design.This system can be used to test the working performance of the USB interface under no-load,full-load,over-current protection,over-current recovery,normal hub mode,hub bypass mode,and other states,as well as to test the carrying capacity of the device,the data transmission rate of the USB interface,and the bit error rate.Finally,under the condition of building a test platform,a large number of tests have been conducted on various specifications of in-vehicle USB HUB using this testing system.This system has been improved several times,and its reliability and durability have been greatly improved compared with the initial ones,and it has been put into use in related enterprises. |
