Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is widely used in industrial engineering,especially in servo system.Conventional PMSM speed control system usually adopts PI control and is equipped with double closed loop structure.However,the traditional PI control method is difficult to solve the contradiction between rapidity and overshoot,and the control effect is not good in the face of external interference,so this dissertation proposes an active disturbance rejection control method(ADRC)applied to the speed ring to solve the above problems.PMSM speed control system adopts inverter to adjust,so it will inevitably produce the problem of dead zone effect.Based on this problem,this dissertation proposes a dead zone compensation method.In this dissertation,the physical characteristics and working mode of PMSM are analyzed,the mathematical model is established,the relationship between PMSM in two common coordinate systems is analyzed,and the PMSM vector control method and SVPWM modulation algorithm are analyzed.In this dissertation,the causes of dead zone are described in detail,and a dead-zone compensation algorithm using adaptive filter is proposed.An ADRC is introduced,and a fuzzy fractional PID algorithm is used to replace the feedback link in ADRC to achieve better control effect,so that the effect of motor speed waveform is further improved.The simulation model of PMSM vector control is established on MATLAB/Simulink platform,and then the speed loop controller with ADRC and fuzzy fractional ADRC simulation model was built respectively,and the dead zone compensation module was introduced into the simulation model.The simulation results verify the feasibility of the fuzzy fractional order active disturbance rejection control algorithm.By comparing the two ADRC algorithms,the fuzzy fractional ADRC algorithm can improve the overshoot,rapidity and immunity of motor speed waveform.The stator current waveform before and after compensation is compared,and the simulation results verify that the dead zone compensation algorithm proposed in this dissertation can effectively improve the sinusoidal degree of stator current.In addition,the hardware circuit and rapid prototyping simulation model for motor control are designed.The theory proposed in this dissertation is verified experimentally by using SP2000 rapid prototyping controller and MATLAB code automatic generation technology.The experimental results verify the feasibility of the theory proposed in this dissertation.
