Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is widely used in the field of servo control because of its good dynamic performance,high operating efficiency and large torque density.However,PMSM is usually a nonlinear system with multiple variables and strong coupling relations,and traditional control methods are difficult to meet its high-performance control requirements.Therefore,in this paper,active disturbance rejection control technology is introduced into PMSM double closed-loop control and position sensorless control to improve the control performance of the system.This paper analyzes the basic principle of PMSM and takes vector control as the basic control strategy for this research.Deriving the basic mathematical model and parameter rectification method of ADRC.Using the basic principle of ADRC,a second-order ADRC is designed for PMSM double closed loop control system.At the same time,the extended state observer imposes too much burden on the estimation of system disturbance,which leads to the degradation of control performance.A second-order ADRC with disturbance compensation function is proposed.In order to verify the feasibility of the proposed control algorithm in PMSM motor control system,a simulation model will be built in Simulink to verify.In order to realize the sensorless control of PMSM,based on the auto disturbance rejection control technology,this paper takes the equations of PMSM in two-phase stationary coordinate system as a reference,expands the back EMF into a new state variable,and uses the extended state observer to observe it.At the same time,in order to avoid the impact of speed on the system bandwidth,a normalized phase-locked loop system is designed to improve the speed estimation accuracy.It can be seen from the simulation that LESO has higher performance than the traditional sliding mode observer.This paper will build a hardware experimental platform based on DSP28335 as the main controller,build the system program framework,write relevant program code,and the verify the practicality of the control method adopted in this topic on engineers.The experimental results show that the control method proposed in this paper has the advantages of high steady-state accuracy,strong anti-disturbance performance and good dynamic response.In addition,the speed and rotor position information obtained by using LESO has no advantages of chattering and phase lag.
