| State maintenance is a kind of equipment maintenance practice that can arrange its maintenance work and maintenance work cycle in a reasonable and appropriate way according to the failure information of all kinds of equipment in a predicted state.Imaging detection technology is widely used in high voltage power equipment condition detection technology.Electric field measurement and calculation is often an effective means to detect the running state of high-voltage electrical equipment.It can achieve the purpose of state detection without shutdown,without contact,long distance,intuitive and accurate through electric field imaging technology.Therefore,the research on electric field measurement and imaging technology has far-reaching significance for the development of the field of state detection of electrical equipment.Firstly,this thesis describes the research status of electric field measurement and imaging at home and abroad,analyzes and summarizes the principles and characteristics of the current imaging detection technology of electrical equipment,as the starting point of the electric field measurement and imaging method proposed in this thesis.Choosing digital image recognition as the starting point,and on the basis of electrostatic field theory,this thesis proposes the process of electric field measurement imaging method,including environmental information acquisition;Mirror image method measurement calculation;Spatial distance acquisition;Electric field information processing and matrix imaging.Secondly,the basic potential measurement structure is designed and the measurement scheme is agreed.Three-dimensional electromagnetic field simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the electrostatic field system formed by uniformly charged sphere and grounded metal plate,and finally realize the image visualization of electric field information.Further study found that increasing the degree of image pixel discretization,that is,increasing the number of research objects and measuring the same number of potential points at the same time,can obtain more surface charge information,make the electrical information imaging image clearer and increase the measurement accuracy.On the basis of achieving the preset measurement accuracy,the appropriate image processing method is selected to get better imaging effect.Finally,by summarizing the problems and shortcomings of the realization of electric field measurement imaging function and the comparative experiment,the improved design and experimental analysis of potential measurement structure are made.Based on the two-mirror method,the improved potential measurement structure was analyzed,and the potential image computing precision and disturbance charge shielding effects were analyzed respectively from the Angle of elevation and length of the shielding structure.Under the setting parameters,the current optimal solution was found,in order to further improve the research results. |
